I have ordered dozens of shirts from Royaura and get compliments every time I wear one. They fit American sizes perfectly and require no ironing after washing and drying.

When I heard back from customer service regarding timing of my order, they were helpful and offered additional coupons and discounts to thank me for a little extra patience. When the shirts arrived they were as expected with nice fit.

I had purchased multiple shirts in one order and one shirt in particular wasn't in with the others when I received my shipment.

I contacted them and was assured that my shirt was on it's way, as it had been out-of-stock when I had initially ordered it, and sure enough it arrived a short time after I had contacted them.

I have had nothing but a great experience with all of the shirts I have purchased and with the customer service department when I needed to contact them, which was just this one time by the way.

Will definitely be purchasing more shirts from them in the future.

I have been getting shirts from Royaura for awhile now. There shirt quality and customer service has always been the best. They really take the time to make sure the patterns line up perfectly, seams are sold and button holes too. I have bought so many shirts from them I have a person I work with all the time. I wanted to buy a shirt for a coworkers but he is a very big guy. I know Royaura make big sizes but they were not offering the shirt I wanted in his size, 6x. I asked Cathy if they ever made bigger shirts on request and told her about the shirt I wanted. She checked and said they would. Told me what I needed to do to order it. Even my last order DHDDF00423397 was being delayed at the factory, Cathy had been tracking my order and sean it was taking to long. She just on her own asked if they would expedite my order. I always feel like a VIP when I hope with them.

I had ordered an incorrect size and needed it corrected. They did this for me and also identified where I had ordered an incorrect size but did not realize it. They asked about it and corrected it for me also. Great help.

I had loged a complaint and in no time it was affressed to my satisfaction and beyond, the response was nothing short of fantastic.

Great product easy fit beautiful colors very large book of choice even cross shirts I have many brothers at church wearing them 5 star products easy to wash and wear if theirs an issue I have a representative to help she’s wonderful 🙏

I have been purchasing shirts through this company for about 5 years now excellent quality size is exact and very very good selection of all holidays and just regular stuff highly recommended

There was a problem with the delivery and I contacted them and it was resoved.

I had been looking at Royaura shirts and told my wife that I wanted them, but I did not get them for Christmas. So, I went ahead and placed an order myself, and then I found out my wife had placed an order, but they had not yet arrived.

I contacted Cathy at Royaura; she took care of the duplicates and removed them from my second order. Great Customer Service!

I received my wife’s order, and all the shirts well fit and looked great. When I received the second order, I found that one style, (3 shirts, different colors), appeared to be incorrectly sized as they would not come close to fitting. I contacted Cathy and she was able to get management's approval for a refund for the 3 shirts. Again, Great Customer Service!

Ordered. Trying to track it. Used their tracking link and it says it doesn't exist though I copied and pasted the info from THEIR EMAIL

The designs are amazing. Jessie always helped me with my orders. The materials are very good. I always be a very happy customer because of your customer service.

My rating is zero!!! I ordered over 200€ worth of clothing 14 months ago. I NEVER received the merchandise I paid for, and after countless emails back and forth, with the same bs response every time: we will look into it and reimburse you, I have NOT received my money back!!!
It is the WORST experience I have ever had shopping online.
