Dear Consumer,
Let me clarify a few things:
1. The activity you have mentioned in your review does NOT include transport, as clearly stated in two different places on our website. The reason for that is very simple - the venue is located just 3 km from the city center, with very easy access and many public transport options. If there was private transport included, you would have paid a significantly higher price for the activity.
2. Possible misunderstanding - since you booked 2 activities with us, but added the second one only a day before the actual activity, you might have not read carefully what is included in the price, and simply assumed transport was included too. Your first booked activity did include private transport there and back, and because the second one followed right after, the minibus took you directly to it after the end of the first activity. Instead of taking you back to your apartment, from where you would’ve had to make transport arrangements yourselves.
3. We didn't leave you at the venue. Your guide offered to help you out with public transport back to your accommodation, which you refused. Then our local tour manager offered to arrange a private minibus for you without charging you anything for the service - you would’ve only had to cover the actual cost - you refused that as well. As far as we are concerned, there wasn’t much more we could have done for you in that situation.
Sorry to hear it took 35 minutes to get to your apartment by taxi, not sure why, it normally takes up to 8-10 minutes.

We booked 2 events and the transfer was inclusive the transfer.
We are only taken from our Airbnb, but left at the event.
The Company left us at the event place and we have to drive with a taxi 35 min home.
Payment only in cash.

Crazy experience
right at the beginning, everything was perfect. our flight to Prague was delayed by 3 hours and actually our reservation would not have been possible anymore. I emailed the problem and they were flexible enough to hire another restaurant. The food was very, very good, the meat was cooked to perfection and the service was super nice. all requests were met. many thanks for everything. any time. it was really perfect.

Well organized activity with good safety measures
The communication was very good from start to finish. We were picked up perfectly on time at our hotel and driven to the destination (15 mins from the city center). We booked the car demolition which was a lot of fun - we got a sledgehammer, a knife for the tyres and a crowbar. We took turns as solid safety measures were followed (we also got protection equipment like goggles, helmet and gloves). The only suggestion for improvement would be to leave more time for the actual demolition - 30-40 mins with a group of 6 was a tight schedule and we would have enjoyed it for longer. Our hostess Lucia was lovely and gave us tips for the evening on the way back.

Burger strip was phenomenal. Worth every penny, Veronika was super friendly and guided us through the activity like it's supposed to, with professional approach, but honest and personal at the same time. Female stripper, code name "Jožo", was so good, we all fell in love. Burger was top notch, one of the best we had in a LONG while. 10/10 would go again.

Great experience
We did a hen party in Bratislava and it was amazing! Everything from the beginning went smoothly: booking, customer service, communication, and the show itself. Our guide, Emma, was really lovely and helpful. The club provided us with everything we needed, the staff was super friendly. And of course, the stripper was amazing!!! The bride-to-be was happy and so were we. Definitely a memorable experience!
