It’s been nearly a week and a half since you received my phone and I still haven’t had my payment!!

Sent phone in to be recycled. The turnaround was fast to them receiving the phone to telling me I’d receive the full payment... within 24hours. That was 5 days ago. I’m still waiting and have been told it could be another 2 days to receive the payment

Got a good price in my mind.about the same as selling it on Ebay. But without the charges and the worry of a bad review.. The service was good ,got the return packaging with in 2 days. They email me when they receive it..another 2 days later told me it passed there quality control and told me my account would be credited in 1 to 2 days I had chosen the bac payment. This was the problem it took 11 days to be paid. I emailed them twice and they replied really quickly just saying there was a problem with their system. . There probably was because the rest of there system was smooth. Just a pain waiting.

I created the order and everything went through fine. I was selling an iPhone X 64 GB and they quoted me £490. I sent my phone off and they accepted it the next day, this was on 20/03 and this is where the issues started. I am still yet to receive my money even though the email states 24h and they advertise the same. They put it down to a system issue which is what I read on other reviews. I have been in touch with RPC and the customer services are honest and helpful, they haven't offered any false promises and have been straight with me throughout. I am told I should receive my money Today best case or Thursday worst case. If you do go with this company, don't expect your money within the 24h stated.

Avoid at all cost. Knocked £30 of the quoted price for fine scratches on the screen... lies. Took about 3 weeks to pay the money after me having to constantly email them. Honestly folks go elsewhere, complete and utter bunch of charlatans. I’d rather leave my phone sitting in a drawer unused than give it to this mob. AVOID

They offer marginally more than other providers if you go through a comparison website but it is seriously not worth it.

I did receive my pack to send phone in very quickly but once posted, it took 3 days to receive an email to say it was being checked. Another 2 days passed and they said that the phone had marks to the chassis and a light spot on the screen. When i sent my phone, i read their t&c's and thought that there wouldn't be a problem as my phone was in my opinion in very good condition with no visible marks or defects.

I reluctantly accepted the offer as i needed the money - in hindsight i wished i hadn't bothered. Waited 3 days (payment is stated to be made 1-2 working days after accepting counter offer). Still nothing.

Read the reviews on here and emailed them with my concerns and the fact that I still hadn't received payment. I said that if i didn't receive payment in 24hours, I wanted my phone to be returned via registered post as they were breaking their own t&c's. Funnily enough, payment hit my account by the end of that day.

Getting angry with them worked but I will NEVER use them again. They will knock you down on price offered for reasons that aren't even valid then take ages to pay. Cannot express my dissatisfaction enough, so please be warned and use another more reputable recycling company. Don't take the chance with the slightly higher offers that they provide.

Avoid if you can !!. They will do and say anything to knock a price off. Also for them to send your phone back it took at least 4 days for my phone to be returned. tbf though my phone came back in a decent packaging.

Professional service from start to finish, was dubious at 1st as never heard of them before but I would recommend rpc recycle to anybody.

Very prompt service with no quibbling

I was promised a payment would be made within 24hrs of confirming that the phone met the requirements. I received an email that my phone was accepted and that the bank transfer would be made. Almost a week later, 3 phone calls, a few emails and 2 members of staff telling me that I will receive my money at 17.00 each day after the call, I still have received no money from them. They offer good rates, but terrible service. I would go somewhere else for less money to have less hassle.

Packaging provided to send item is inadequate, also have to pay extra to ensure recorded. Was given quote of £113 and it was honoured once item was received, with an email confirming payment would be made in 24 hours. 2 days later, still no payment. I logged into account to find they’d revised my offer, knocking £20 off price for ‘faulty speakers’, which definitely wasn’t the case. Not only that, I only realised this when logging into my account, and had I not responded in 72 hours they would have automatically accepted the revised offer on my behalf! Very cunning!! Avoid at all costs, they dupe you in with seemingly reasonable quotes, then use cowboy tactics to pay knock down prices for your devices! Yet to receive returned device, so still not convinced its the end of this saga!

Would give NO stars is that was an option, absolutely nothing wrong with my phone, No scratches, marks and fully working, quoted £120 they revised it and made me a offer of £24 - Cowboys. under their Terms if the phone is on Good condition, Fully Assembled, working then they will give you the full amount. They deducted nearly 80% of that value off my phone which under their terms means that phone does not work at all - I would avoid like the plague.

I found RPC Recycle through a comparison site to sell my mobile phone, was advertised as same day bank transfer. There was the option for them to pay for postage by sending a package to return to them but as I just wanted it sorted I paid for my own postage and sent it. It was quickly accepted and they swiftly confirmed that they would pay the full amount as the phone was in mint condition. I was then informed that I was receive payment within 24 hours, this was the 4th March. It took 10 days and 3 phone calls to get my money. Not good.

Never again two phones sent both like new took two days to get a reply then saying phones was damaged on said speaker was faulty other had scratch on chassis

So was knocked down by 60 quid each took the offer as took days to get offer and just wanted them gone now

Payment took 5 days to get into my bank ok they said it bounced back and said I entered a digit wrong might of can’t really say but took my 3 phone calls to get them to transfer the funds

I won’t use again bad experience all round they say payment same day don’t happen they might send it same day but get a mail saying takes two days to hit your account but you do have to chase them for it

I sent my old iPhone 6 Plus to them as I had recently bought an upgrade. They sent me their postage paid bag very quickly and they also sent me a confirmation email once it was received. I had a query regarding the payment which was handled by friendly professional staff who went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely use these guys again.
