We are still in the process of moving, which is never a pleasurable experience for anyone, however the professionalism, regularly updates and the personability Nathan our conveyancer is showing is second to none, outstanding!! Making this sale/purchase to a new location much less stressful! His straight forward approach and communication skills are first class. I normally dont leave reviews unless the service is something special. Nathan was outstanding from start to finish.
From the initial enquiry call which came direct from Nathan, I was left confident and refreshed given the service received from other conveyancers. Having bought and sold a few houses in the last couple of years, I have been left underwhelmed and frustrated with the online/email only, unreachable, unhelpful robots many firms have now become in the quest for more profit.
Nathan's service was the complete opposite. Firstly, he doesn't overwhelm himself with caseload, so he can deliver a personal service. I had many immediate calls (yes actually calls) and messages from Nathan at a variety of times during the day and evening. Anything urgent was addressed immediately. Emails and messages were responded to same day and often with 30 minutes. Yes you initially upload everything via a portal but then correspondence is swift, simple, friendly, helpful and personal. A relic of the past nowadays. My sale process took around 7 weeks and could have been quicker if not for the other side. I am confident that this was due largely to Nathan.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will not hesitate to use him for any future purchases.
