I like it very much, but wish it was a bit smaller so I could get a more secure grip at higher spin speeds.

This is my daily use choice (I have other gyro balls - this is the best). Starts well, feels good in hand, offers a wide range of good comfortable power levels, so it works for both rehab and strength training. Very well engineered and constructed - this is the Lear Jet of power balls. Worth every penny.

Very satisfied with the product, the powerball titan feel heavy and robust in the hand and it make almost no noise, i can easily use it during the night even while others are sleeping lol. The others hand grippers and others accessories are also very useful. But yes the 250 lbs and 300 lbs hand grippers are really too hard for someone like me that never used such device. Can't even close them even once lol. But the good news is that there is a ajustable hand gripper going from 10 lbs to 110 lbs in the package, it will hopefully help me to get stronger over time. The massage ball included in the package is also very appreciated by my familly.

Excellent product with quality material that will not just fall apart. This unit is great for a variety of rehabilitation/strengthening of the wrist and forearm muscles for sports and everyday life. This unit also allows for the user to see results with the tracker on the back of the unit, which is great to see progress overtime.

The combined quality of construction and ease of use are excellent. Results were observed in about two weeks with continuous improvement in hand and forearm strength. The manufacturer's website is outstanding, in particular the brief video demonstrations on how properly to use the device and techniques for isolating specific muscle groups of the forearm and hand. Would highly recommend the purchase and use of the Titan Autostart Pro with the caveat that users with small hands may have difficulty.
