The front sensors on my Toyota CH-R were over sensitive, especially at junctions and roundabouts. RRG Macclesfield booked an appointment and quickly ascertained the problem. The car was ready after a couple of hours and the fault was sorted. Excellent service from all staff involved - Phillipa in the showroom and the engineer who sorted the problem. Thank you 😊

RRG MACCLESFIELD. I had a nail in my tyre and managed to get it to them with in 30mins sorted and back on the road fantastic service.

I received excellent customer service from this garage despite having bought my approved used Aygo elsewhere. Jelena and all the staff were were very helpful and exceeded expectations with the service provided.

Their car parts are easily accessible and cheap

Phillippa was amazing this morning. I asked her about the potential purchase of a car but questioning its service history, within moments she had all of the information printed off for me including all repairs etc. Which I was able to take away with me with absolutely no pressure. So lovely. Refused payment also, wow, I'm a clumsy old duff and tried to offer her cash like the old days, ha, i was just sooo grateful. Promote her immediately stupid.

Unfortunately this garage is extremely disappointing.

I called up to speak about it and explained I’d need to see the car and that I would call down the following day and also explained that I wasn’t sure what the time would be. I received a txt with an appointment for the following day but no one called to check it was ok. I organised my day so I could attend the appointment.

The following day I received a call asking if I was attending the appointment, on the txt it said to get in touch if I couldn’t attend so was unsure why I received this call.

I got to my appointment and yes my appointment was 2pm and it was now 2.10 but I was coming from a distance and roads near the dealership were shut. I stepped onto the forecourt to be greeted with “it’s 2.10” I was actually taken back by the attitude. I think what made it worse is that the attitude actually got worse. No doubt if this is seen the staff will stick together and I’ll be in the wrong. If I was you I’d find another dealership.

I’m still in shock now and I’m surprised they actually sell any cars.

Just wanted to say that the customer service lady Leanne at RRG Macclesfield was exceptional. I only popped in for a quick enquiry around Toyota servicing. As this was not her department and she was new to the role she didn't know the answer immediately. Whilst many would have simply left it at that, Leanne really went out of her way to find out the answer and make me feel valued as a customer. This is a far cry from other experiences I have had elsewhere. As a result of her friendly and professional service I will be going to RRG Macclesfied first when I'm ready to change my car.

RRG Toyota the site we dealt with was in Macclesfield but they have more in the Cheshire area. We found a CH-R on their website. This has to be the worst customer services ever experienced. My wife attempted to purchase a car from them August 2017. On the day of collecting the new car the salesman then attempted to blame us for him forgetting to add our old car into the deal and telling us to complete the deal we needed to fork-out a further £1850 and that was all they could do. You could tell when they knew it was their fault when they offered us a refund of our deposit. No apology & no compensation.

My advice to anyone would be the Toyota range of cars including the CH-R are good cars. But avoid the RRG Toyota Group and buy from somewhere better suited garage even ask Toyota UK first would be better than this company.
