I wish there was a way to give a…

I wish there was a way to give a negative rating. They are the snake worst monitoring service when it comes to getting them on the phone. I run a large commercial building and need to place our fire alarms on test to do work in the building. Their average answering time is approx. 13 minutes. Absolutely horrible. The only reason I still have to use this company is because it is a tenants system so they choose. I would recommend they change their name toanything else but Rapid response and I would recommend you stay away from them as your monitoring service
