I ordered a print which doesn’t come…
I ordered a print which doesn’t come with a frame , I knew that . But basically I paid almost £20 I could have asked someone to print out on a decent printer and the postage was insane , it took weeks to arrive !! No tracking information so it didn’t arrive in time . Disappointing and definitely not recommended at all . Waste of money .
Edit due to supplier response … ordered 04/05/2023 Dispatched 11/05/2023 , Received 17/05/2023 .
So RS Designs I stand by my review. Second class postage is not the reason for this wait . Pfft

Thanks for the feedback! We dispatched your order within 6 days of ordering, which is well within the 10 days you’re quoted when placing the order! All of our prints are custom printed so do take a little bit of time. All of our UK orders are standard 1st / 2nd class so don’t come with tracking information , this information is provided at the checkout page to all customers.
As you selected the free option (2nd Class) it does take double the time once dispatched from us.
Thanks for the feedback and apologies we couldn’t meet the expectations this time around.

Amazing quality, super customer service!
Spoke to Rhys about ordering a few prints and wanted the whole collection of a specific artist. Currently he is missing a couple but is in the process of creating them for me. I have ordered 6 prints so far and every one is top quality and looks amazing. Rhys always goes the extra mile to help out and all items are delivered super fast. I have no problem in recommending this company to purchase from and will be ordering many more!

As conversations via email, we have dispatched your order and have provided you with the Royal Mail international tracking code.
International packages are heavily delayed at the minute because Royal Mail are still working on getting their services back up and running smoothly ref: the cyber attack.
We have replied to all your emails promptly and tried to provide you with as much information as possible.
Our international deliveries have been hit quite hard because of the Royal Mail delays, we can’t really do anything about it but try and keep customers up to date as much as possible!
As stated on the Royal Mail notice board on their site they are still in the process of getting services back up and running so I feel your review was a little premature and false.
If you could consider altering your review once your order arrives that would be appreciated.

Rsesignstudio poor customer service
It took more than a week for the items to be dispatched & I have received this review request 2 weeks after placing the order & still don’t have my order. Would not use again. Terrible service. It’s not due to postal strikes it’s down to poor customer service.

We have a 10 day print time which your order was dispatched well within (8 days) and was posted on the 13th Dec. Royal Mail was on strike 15th & 16th so there’s absolutely no way your order would’ve reached you yet. We’ve had customers still waiting from dispatch 2/3 Dec.
We’ve had no contact with you and would have loved you to email us before leaving this review when we dispatched your order well within our stated times!
Any delays are down to Royal Mail which are unfortunately out of our control.
