Ryan is very sociable and courteous and he is also very efficient and knowledgeable. He rectified the fault in our boiler and did a thorough system check and made suggestions on future work should it be necessary. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ryan.

The service, from the initial visit to completion of the work was first class.
We were impressed by the professionalism of the inspection and suggestions and advice given. The quote was professionally produced and stated clearly what we required. The price for the work was about what we expected.
The engineers did their best to keep our home clean and with a minimum of disruption to our living area. Problems were discussed and resolved with our agreement.
Altogether a very happy experience. We did not feel we had been invaded by workmen!

We have used RSD heating before, and Ryan never fails to offer courteous, reliable service. He responds quickly, and always talks you through the problem, explaining what needs to be done to remedy it. He is professional and just the person you need when your heating or hot water goes wrong!
