Customer supports ghosts you

They failed to properly label an RMA shipment when returning it causing customs to charge me a second round of tax for the product. When requesting that they send a simple confirmation this was in fact an RMA, they have completly ignored me for months.

***WARNING - A Shameful Company - 0% Trust

*** WARNING*** Bought my RS1 Seat, with all the extras and 2 X THMP-1 ButtKickers, costing well over £2300 with delivery to the UK.

Built it all and then discovered that one of the THMP-1 amps was not functioning, not coming on at all. I messaged RSeat and they said "send it back", they will take a look at it and they "may" be able to fix it, and then they will send it back - ALL AT MY EXTRA COST! The cost to do this would have been £150+ and I only had their money grabbing, non customer service to "trust". I did suggest that I get it fixed and they pay the bill - NO, they would not do that.
Its still here as a paper weight of £350.

Note: they were also very dismissive and quite rude once they realized money was not going toward them. A totally different tone and blissful rhetoric that was summited when I was asking questions about buying their products!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE HIGHWAY MEN AGAIN. And advise no-one else to either because if there are possible problems = YOU WILL BE PAYING THE COST FOR THEIR FAULTS.

A shameful company that is not to be trusted.

DELAY IN DELIVERY

Rseat Europe has delivery delay even though they are right here next door.
Manufacturing defects.
The support is not bad but they don't solve manufacturing problems because returning 90kg of raw iron on top of that no wheels to move…if there is a solution we have to solve them by our hand.
(After the Rseat C1 rig is assembled, I don't recommend buying this one, for several reasons that I've mentioned before and one of the main ones is that the steering wheel base support should have a higher angle because for people with 1.65cm it's hitting the knees and it is useless to adjust the angle of the support arms because the main arm is welded to the chassis.)
The price to pay is very high (price, VAT, shipping costs and calluses on the hands and back pain).

One of the worst customer support I…

One of the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I tried speaking to RSeat Europe to assist with delivery of their product to my country. The executive called Jean stopped responding. I kept sending multiple reminder mails over the next 2-3 months withouts any response.
So, I approached RSeat America and found the same response as earlier from the same executive, Jean! But as soon as I told them about my country again, they stopped responding.

I wonder why!

Even after multiple reminders, attempts at calling them, there's no response
