Doll looks nothing like what I ordered. Rooted hair is like steel wool and the outfit sent is not the same as the outfit depicted on website. BEWARE. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this scam company.

Do not waste your money! These dolls are so cheaply made yet they charge silicone doll prices. I did not get what I ordered. The dolls look nothing like what I saw online, they feel like the typical baby doll, made of plastic, and they came with different outfits that were not pictured anywhere. I think we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit because this company is false advertising and providing false claims. I want my money back! I will never buy from this company again.

If I could leave a zero I would they wouldn’t get a one star.. this is a scam site yes you will get a baby but it will look absolutely nothing like the ones they have pictured

This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The doll is plastic not silicone. Nothing like pictured. I’ve been emailing them for a full month over a return. Literally forwarding my message back to them for a response. They are now offering 10% refund. Their “super easy” refund policy is anything, but that. Don’t waste your money

The customer service response email which they provided is what I’ve been emailing and forwarding all messages to. They have not responded since offering 10% off of their “handcrafted doll.” I forwarded the same response today to them. Horrible experience, horrible service, and scammers hard at work delivering cheap made dolls (not “hand crafted” to people.

I'd like to give zero stars. Awful quality. Not silicone. Quality of finish is terrible. Doll looks nothing like pictures on website. You have to return at your own expense even though the product is substandard.

I ordered 3 dolls from this company last week , then another 2 silicone dolls a few days ago.
I then found these bad reviews and panicked.
I contacted their customer service and told them that I felt uneasy about the dolls after reading the bad reviews and asked if I could cancel the last order with the 2 silicone dolls as they had not been shipped yet.
Their customer service was amazingly understanding and cancelled and refunded my last order.
If the first three dolls I ordered arrive and I'm happy with them I will reorder the silicone dolls.
So far from my experience, they treated me with respect and kindness.

There should be an option to give no stars. Do not purchase from this company. Dolls are fake. Customer service is terrible. I’m still in dispute over a refund for two dolls that look nothing like the advertised description. Company is based in China and are very very difficult to deal with.

I was very surprised legit I brought a doll spent like 300 plus on it...then read reviews... panicked and requested a full refund.... in truth they were fabulous I kid u not I was very pleased as I got all my money back and didn't have issues in getting it back either...

I had a terrible experience with RSG Dolls and would not recommend purchasing from them. The product did not meet my expectations, and when I requested a refund, they refused to provide a prepaid return shipping label, instead expecting me to cover the cost of sending it back to China—which is completely unreasonable.

On top of that, they kept trying to negotiate partial refunds instead of honoring their own return policy. It felt like they were just trying to wear me down so I’d settle for less. This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers.

If you’re considering buying from them, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you’ll be stuck dealing with poor customer service, endless back-and-forth negotiations, and expensive return costs. Definitely not worth it!

Do not order from this site. They are a knock off company that uses the costly expense of returning an item to China to take advantage of customers. The dolls will look nothing like the picture and it doesn't matter once you make the order because of the expense of the return. They offer just a fraction of the total as a refund knowing the cost to return the item to China is more than the value of the item.

My daughter has been looking forward for this baby doll which she spent her own money on. When it arrived it was nothing like picture on the website and even the sizing was different.

We’d never buy from here again.

Horrible horrible. Was quick to respond to my email, but trying to tell me I was sent what I ordered. I sent a picture of what I received totally different. The doll didn’t look real, was plastic not silicone. Was so tiny smaller than my 10yr old cousin shoe. Took a while to get it and very disappointed. After requesting a full refund that offered 10% claiming it was hand crafted. I then demanded to speak with a manager…they stopped responding. Would give -100% if I could
UPDATE: As for the response from Rsg dolls. I have contacted your service department several time and keep getting the same reply. I have sent pictures of what I received vs what I ordered. I keep week long replies if you ever respond. I have requested to speak with a manager and of course it’s no one to speak with…only emails. The first service representative offered me 10% refund and I spent over $80 and waited forever to get the it dolls and other accessories. Today I still can’t get an answer

Clearly sent a doll looks nothing like what we ordered. Refuses to send correct doll and only offering a 40% refund!

Zero stars if I could. The baby doll we got was nothing like in the picture. It was not silicone at all and it was a hard plastic baby that we could have got at Walmart for a couple dollars. We paid $70 and waited from China for a product that lied to us. My daughter is so upset and crying, it was her birthday present now I don't know what to do. This doll was $70. We are so disappointed!! Do NOT order from RSGdolls.com!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! They are the biggest scammers. Doll looks nothing like the picture. They told me the doll has similar features. Trust me it’s not even close! It looks like a cheap $10.00 doll. I was so disappointed. My daughter is afraid of it! They should be ashamed of themselves. Whatever you do. Do NOT order from them!!

I can't even believe this is an actual real company I don't know why somebody has not put them out of business yet. I ordered a $300 silicone baby doll which I never received. This was a gift for a 8-year-old little girl who unfortunately never received a silicone baby doll that I promised her for Christmas. His company sent me some weird picture which appears to be somebody's backsliding glass door in the middle of a rainstorm no house number or any identifying anything as far as proof of delivery yet this company insisted that my package had been delivered. I explained to them numerous times that I live in a townhouse and I do not have a backsliding glass door with pink curtains on it since I'm a single man that lives alone. But this company consistently kept sending me email after email after email trying to justify this generic picture which I'm assuming they use for every customer that they have. They then gave me a phone number to contact the shipping company I called the shipping company four times a day every day and was on hold for 16 minutes while the phone rang until they message came on and said nobody's available to take your call nobody ever answered the phone this website is bogus the shipping company is bogus there was never a package sent there was never a package delivered his company will rob you blind of your money I can't believe they have 1.2 stars they should have zero Make sure you do not buy anything at all from this company ever..... And in response to RSG dolls and their response to my feedback... First of all your feedback is just an automated response was just further proves the lack of customer service from this company . You would like me to include photos of what? The non-existent doll that you charged me $300 for lol You are fully aware of the problem that I had, You're never sent me the doll and you sent me fake photo of fake proof of delivery which my bank did a complete investigation that found me not liable for the fraudulent activities of your company. I need no further communication from you as was previously stated this afternoon in my email to you in conclusion of this atrocious experience.

Not like the picture at all on the site. They say they assure you it is the doll ordered but it isn't. The site also says refund if not satisfied. But that's not necessarily true either. There are a couple of sites, I will not use online anymore, and this is one. I think they using pictures and description of something else but not the dolls on the site.

The dolls is cute, sure. But it looks cheap and not at all as realistic as the picture shows. The head is too big for the body, it's not as detailed as it was shown, it can't even do the pose it was shown to do. The photo showed the thumb in the baby's mouth and I've tried moving the arms and turning the head and the arm doesn't even bend close enough to do it. I don't know what to do now cuz I hyped myself up for it to look like something I could buy from a charity shop. Not worth almost £40 at all.
