good communication and customer service.
they kept good communication with me the whole time. when i first signed up our timing did not align so they rescheduled a time for the cape to happen the next day. on the second day we had some technical difficulties but we were able to sort it all out and finish the cape.
very good customer service and they were happy to work with me to make it work :D
