come può verifcare dal tracking che le abbiamo inviato il prodotto è partito il giorno dopo. Domani verificheremo il perchè il corriere ci stia mettendo tutto questo tempo. Ci scusi per il disagio ma stia serena perchè truffe non ne facciamo

La lampadina che mi è arrivata forse era stata già utilizzata. Quando l ho ordinata l'annuncio riportava la descrizione di un articolo nuovo. Nonostante ciò l'azienda si è messa immediatamente a mia totale disposizione garantendomi una garanzia di 24 mesi nel caso dovesse presentarsi qualche problema.
