I submitted an order and receive only a hassle
I submitted an order. I got a phone call that 2 of my 4 items were on back order. I gave the representative permission to mail the 2 items that were in stock and I would wait for the other 2. Not only did I not receive part of the order, but the whole order was cancelled. I email, no response. I finally called and was informed that the rep had made many attempts to contact me and therefore cancelled my order when I didn't respond. I only got one call. I had responded by calling and emailing in response and I'm confused why this happened. The rep blamed me and said if I gave them my credit card info to add to my account, an order would be placed. What a lot of hassle to receive nothing. I might just be done with this company. Very sad.
