Never received item

Ordered an item over 26 days ago and never received it. I emailed them countless times and kept getting the same response that they would chase it up with the team.

When I eventually asked for a refund and said I no longer wanted the item, they didn’t address my refund request and instead gave me the same response again.

Once I made it clear that I would dispute the payment through PayPal if they couldn’t provide valid tracking, they finally refunded me.

Very disappointing communication and customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.
