Just got my kitchen cabinets from RTAHQ and I’m super impressed! The quality is excellent, the pricing was fair, and everything arrived quickly and well-packed. Installation was straightforward, and they look beautiful in my space. Would definitely order from them again!

First let me start by saying the 3D design by Ryan was impeccable. Second the customer service hands down the best, when we had an issue we made a call and Melissa was there to fix. The build quality is amazing. Colors are amazing. The soft close amazing. Lastly…..just AMAZING.

We just ordered cabinets for the very first time. I felt quite inadequate and Melissa, walked me through the project. The kitchen design was just what I wanted. The cabinets arrived a week before we expected. I can't say enough good things about this company and Melissa's help. I got the hardware and thought I was getting another one. Contacted Melissa, and she sent out what I wanted immediately. Great experience.

The ordering process was pretty easy. I already knew the exact cabinet sizes that I needed going into my order and did not utilize their design feature. Shipping: Items were received in about 3 weeks from order placement. I was expecting this time frame, so no surprises there.
Quality: The color (blue) is beautiful, the packaging was adequate in in order to reduce damage. I already knew to expect a little bit of a thinner cabinet but once installed in my laundry room everything squared up perfectly and is solid.
The Build: Ease of the build system was pretty great. Challenges included some of the cabinets were missing parts or warping causing certain pieces not to fit correctly. Which brings me to
Customer Service: Their customer service and shipping teams are on top of it. I did need to get some pieces replaced that were damaged or missing and their team got me everything I needed to make sure the installation could be completed. While it is unfortunate that I needed to get the items replaced in the first place their team was super helpful in making it as painless as possible.

The ordering process was very easy and Melissa was so very helpful. The rendering she made for my spaces helped me picture the final outcome and she knows the product! I am excited to receive the cabinets and finish my project.
