The cabinets went well together and dry fit them together first before using any glue.
The first couple cabinets were intimidating to build but was fairly easy after. Good quality and fit together well.

Our designer and contact Zack made our experience great. To have a real
person who responds quickly and accurately is priceless. This gave us the confidence to do two DIY kitchens together.

Ordered from rtawoodcabinets.com 3 times. 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette. As long as you know what you are doing, measure correctly, order all of the additional trim pieces needed, and give notes you need to give them (which side each door is hinged on, etc) for the order it will work out fine. They are fast to answer phones, call you back and help with any issues or questions.
Cabinets may get delivered with no notice. Be ready for them. Order extra trim pieces and fillers. We saved tons of money doing our cabinets through them. Love the Essex Norwich. Any unassembled cabinets can be assembled for you for extra cost.

We had a very positive experience updating our kitchen ourselves. It's difficult to calculate exactly how much we saved by doing it ourselves but it was substantial. The online experience (process) at RTA Wood Cabinets turned out to be much easier and pleasant than dealing with a big-box store near us. Motty worked with us throughout the process and couldn't have done a better job.

Damage to almost every cabinet. Agreed to a substantial discount and only replacement of one cabinet and four drawers. Drawers went to the wrong customer and when we received the correct shipment, all four drawers didn't fit. Paid extra for shaker drawer faces and had to replace the drawer faces ourselves with no template or instructions. Instructions for the cabinets themselves were horrible. Only redeeming quality was when Phil got involved and tried to make things right...

Cabinets arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. We had some trim pieces damaged in shipping and their customer service were great to work with and quickly got out replacement pieces. We have another remodel project scheduled and will definitely be using these cabinets again!

We have been working with Zack and the RTA team remodeling a large custom kitchen and a nearby mudroom. There were minor issues to be expected with any project requiring over 30 cabinets and customized trim, but Zack came through supporting us every step of a year long project! We used Upton Brown cabinets and the quality compares to many custom cabinets. The cabinets were a key to helping us transform a 1970's mountiain home to double it purhase price in just 3 years. I highly recommend working with this great team!

Also, I had a minor issue with a broken piece during delivery and even though it was no fault of RTA, they shipped me a new cabinet with no issues! I am so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, quality cabinets!!
