Trying to find cabinets for our kitchen remodel during the pandemic was difficult. We discovered Ready-to-Assemble and they were so accommodating in helping us order the right components and they allowed us to personally pick them up in Denver -- which saved us time and shipping costs. Some of their instructions were outdated, which caused problems for us when assembling them, but we felt this was also an outcropping of the pandemic. Our final product is very nice and the cabinets are top quality, sturdy, and square. I'd recommend them, for sure.

I ordered a full kitchen's worth of Essex Cabinets for a remodel that I did myself. While I mostly planned it out and selected the parts, Motty was very helpful in helping me make sure I got all the right fillers and made some helpful suggestions. The ordering was very easy. The shipping was a bit of an adventure because part of the order got strangely routed but Motty stayed on it and made sure I got everything. There were a few missing pieces and they got these sent out quickly. This is my only experience ordering cabinets but I think it was a smooth as one could expect. The quality of cabinets was very good for the price. my countertop installer commented on the quality of the cabinets. He didn't know they were RTA. They used good quality plywood and the finish was consistently good. Nothing was damaged in shipping due to good packing. Everything went together well and only one door was a little warped.

Good customer service always responded to questions. Back order issue was disappointing but considering competitors and other stories of errors etc, RTA did a great job. Cabinets are well made and the finish is tough. I have Ocean Blue, paired with rose gold hardware. Very satisfied with the product

We remodeled the kitchen in our church and used a huge number of cabinets of all sizes and shapes. Every cabinet assembled with precision and they look absolutely beautiful in their new setting with a new LVP floor, commercial refrigerator, and more. Best of all, we did it ourselves and saved a ton of money.

We purchased a home that needed lots of work including a new kitchen and RTA was so helpful! We were given a few different layout designs and their recommendation was to take the layout with less cabinets to give our kitchen/dinette a more open feel. The pricing was great, everything was delivered in perfect condition, and my (very handy) husband had an easy time installing it. We could not have had a better experience!

Ordered a medium kitchen size worth of cabinets. Approximately 20 cabinets, both lowers and uppers, all of the same style. Cabinets come from different parts of the world, definitely noticeable color difference since they are not all produced in the same shop. I ordered white and when all the cabinets were assembled and next to each other, the shades of white are noticeably different, I have a keen eye for small details. There is definitely a lot of false adverstising on the website, for example, the cabinets interior claimed to be "natural oak," this is definitely not true, the entire cabinet is wrapped in a skin. There is nothing "natural" about the cabinet. Another example, the trash base cabinets claim to come with 15q size trash bins, the ones I received were barely 10q. When the salesman was confronted with measurements, he just got defensive and claimed I can't measure correctly. They're help desk is far from helpful; I received cabinets without holes pre-drilled and no instructions, which is fine because I'm a builder by trade so I'm pretty handy, but the salesman/helpdesk wasn't able to provide instructions or any help on how to properly assemble the cabinet. RTA is undoubtedly one of the cheapest places to buy cabinets, and its pretty clear why. Overall, I was able to assemble all my cabinets and they are being used today.

Not all of the things I purchased arrived. When I called customer service they said it was signed for and there is nothing that can be done. I received the cabinets but none of the trim.

We love the cabinets, but wish the instructions were a bit more detailed for some aspects, such as the roll out drawers, etc. At least 2 of the cabinet doors came scraped up, which was frustrating. Overall though the cabinets themselves seem very sturdy and weren't too hard to put together.

The cabinets are great! Our sales person did a wonderful job listening to our needs and designing the kitchen to be what we needed.

Some parts of the order were delivered incomplete and incorrect. I tried to return one piece that we no longer needed because it was incorrect and I couldn’t get a refund. The correct pieces were shipped in a timely manner. For a positive comment, the sales associate was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I also want to comment that the cabinets are of great quality. It was the order preparation, delivery and flexibility of customer service that wasn’t desirable.

We are really impressed with our cabinets from your store. Motty did an excellent job of working with us until we had our design the way we wanted it. The cabinets came with one of them damaged and we had our replacement within a week of ordering it. Great job!

I worked with Phil who was great. We ran into some obstacles that were the fault of JSI cabinets. We had to get a few pieces of hardware via Amazon because the company sent us the wrong hardware twice. Otherwise the kitchens and bathrooms look great.

Company work super hard to get the cabinets and get them delivered. Would recommend them.
