Really good communication from the start. Installation was quick and smooth and everything was well explained. Ali was a a superstar and so patient with us. Fernando and Sandy very good communication and organising the installation. We are very happy with our set up for hot water and charger for the EV. Nice people to deal with.

Great company to work with. Joe Main visited us and was very knowledgeable. We had regular contact to organise the install. Had solar panels and batteries installed. Very neat job and completed quickly and efficiently.

Solar RT fitted solar panels and an air source heat pump to my house. The standard of work was of the highest order. The arrangements for the works, delivery of parts, set up etc. were very efficient. I was keep informed at all times.
I found all the people connected with RT Solar to be friendly, businesslike, competent and professional.

We had several quotes but we could tell Joe Main was going above and beyond to get us just what we needed.

We asked for a bespoke system which he helped us tailor to our requirements perfectly. We have a friend who sells solar (but we never mix friends and business), he confirmed that all of Joe's advice was honest and ideal - also that it was the best quote to go with and by a big margin.

It wasn't the very cheapest but the tailoring service was great and the installers had to install a complicated system but made it extremely tidy and easy to maintain. If we'd gone with the cheaper option, my gut was screaming at me that it would have been a false economy.

We've recently put him in touch with some close family members who we are normally quite protective over... but are excited rather than nervous to do so.

Buy right, buy once (from Joe!). He's good fun too.

Although our air source heat pump installation was trickier than most, RT Solar approached it with pragmatism and flexibility to deliver fully on our expectations. Even though we had some ups and downs, the whole team remained positive and in the end delivered a high quality finish. Many thanks to Sandy, Owen, Shane, James, Ali and Ivan.

Very happy, everything from sales, customer services, scaffolders to the installers was first class. Service was top notch. The installation was fast, and top quality workmanship. You really couldn't ask for more.

I can’t recommend RT Solar enough. From the initial meeting I knew this was a genuine company. Ivan met with me for an hour and explained everything incredibly clearly. They offered replacement radiators in the system at cost price and we were happy to use them for solar panels, air source heat pump and battery installation.

The team that came round to do the instal were the most professional and knowledgeable tradesmen we have had at the house so far (we are doing the whole house bit by bit). All questions answered and nothing felt like too much bother for them.

The behind the scenes team were wonderful as well. Emails quickly answered and phone calls with any questions I had taken and answered politely even when I had a few stupid questions.

All of the paperwork came through within two weeks which meant we have found it easy to swap across to a different energy supplier with no waiting around for them to create certificates.

If I could give 10 stars I would.

Due to personal financial reasons we had to cancel our contract, but everything in the planning stages and the cancellation itself was super smooth and the team were very friendly. There was a small miscommunication between us and the sales team but I was very impressed and pleased with how Sandy and the team dealt with it. Thank you! Dan/Rob – When I was told that the A-Team was doing the installation, it was not a joke. I would even call them the A++ team. 😊 They just did the job with the highest of standards and also left no mess behind. They were professional, friendly and tolerate all my questions as well. Their quality of work is really exceptional.

I wish I came across RT Solar a year ago as that would have saved me a lot of very frustrating phone call and I would have my solar panels and batteries up and running for a year already.

Great local company to deal with! The whole team are very customer focused and highly skilled when it came to installing my Solar PV and Battery.

After having several Solar PV quotes from different companies I went with RT Solar because:
- Was much easier comms being local
- Fernando created a detailed project plan and design outlining how everything was going to look with a comprehensive roof calculations, PV outputs and bill of materials. Some of these details were absent from other quotes most of which were done via online consultation and looking at google maps!
- Proposal also took into consideration my lifestyle (work from home) as well as looking at bills for consumption.
- The proposed project included a solar diverter to heat water and bird guard (always get this done is my advice!) No other quote I got included anything beyond Solar panels, battery and inverter
- The install team kept me informed throughout the build and kept all cabling in minimal view and fitted to the highest standard

So yes, I would highly recommend RT Solar because of all the details and considerations they took into account. They represented the best value amongst all the quotes I got and I'm confident others will receive the same

Kept informed of progress prior to installation. All staff were respectful and pleasant while work being carried out (which was about 1 week). Any subsequent issues were dealt with professionally.

I would really recommend RT Solar. Ivan came out very quickly and provided a competitive quote for solar panels straight away. Everyone at RT Solar has been very helpful. We were not happy with our previous plumbing service and we contacted RT Solar for pipe chasing in the wall and installing a radiator and towel rail. They were very prompt and professional as well as helpful with great advice. Shane and James were very good and didn't leave until all was perfect.

A nice upcoming solar installation company RT Solar. Fernando was our point of contact and from the word go he has been very honest and easily contactable. He explained the entire process very candidly and was entirely transparent throughout the installation. Very professional team, competitive prices and quick installation. Good quality of work, adequate explanation of minor delays which were out of their control. The office team are very quick to respond and nifty in handling paperwork. I had no doubt in referring the company onwards and have had one of my friends install through them on my recommendation. He was happy too as Fernando was able to configure the system as per his specific requirements. Above all a very good experience and after - sales management is excellent.
