Ordered the product online and never received it, then they had the audacity to send me a screen shot that my return was pending and if I don't receive it to contact my credit card company..so my credit card company stated that a return would show up and has to be sent..nothing they can do..so rubbercouch does not send refunds..plain and simple..scam

Dont fall for the scam bruh
Saw their YouTube videos and TikTok videos and instantly fell into the trap. It looks legit asf but when you buy something, they give you a fake tracking number, take your money and run. The gel blasters they use in their videos are most likely products from legit sellers that only sell in China, hence why you cant find the real blasters online. Hope their site gets taken the fxck down.

They gave me a fake shipping number and have been advertising the last day of a big sale for weeks now. Obvious scam but I, like some others, was too blinded by the cool toys to see that.
