Well-packed. Used IOSS to declare VAT

My order was well-packed and delivered quickly. VAT was already declared, so I did not need to deal with customs.

I got contacted by the seller regarding stock availability and the communication was easy.

Great Experience-Ordered a CD as it wasn't available in the UK - the CD was very reasonably priced for a japanese import! Item was despatched quickly and securely packed- item arrived and was as described! Cant expect more than that!
