Excellent Customer Service
Arrived quickly and collected the rubbish, but they overcharged me by £50 which was promptly refunded by the head office in few days. This is evidence of an honest business in a bad reputation industry.

Have used these guys multiple times and they are always friendly and efficient and cost effective.

Many thanks to Lari and Andrew, who did a great job of clearing my house and basement. It was a big task, including furniture, appliances like a heavy oven and fridge, and a load of other stuff from the house and garden. They carried it all out uncomplainingly. I would heartily recommend them.

We had kept plasterboard in a bag neatly separated from skip but the cost of removal by skip company was exuberant so we found RT and the work was done in half prize. Driver was very polite and did his job well. I hope it goes to be recycled. Everything is online including estimate, payment and final invoice. 5 stars.

Great job from the rubbish taxi team. Always professional and pleasant, they came to our house five times to remove some rubbles. It had to be carried through the house and they made their best to minimise disruption and being very efficient. Also worth noting pricing is very transparent and competitive. Highly recommended and I will use them again.
