The product is good, installation instruction can be better. If shipping can be faster, that will be perfect, now it took 1 month to deliver but it has been stated when I purchase.
Received a completely wrong cheaper item with someone else's invoice attached. Wrote to their support support and tried to call - noone is getting back to me. An absolute waste of time and money.

Additional costs
Had to wait for shipment more then 15 days because ordered product was back ordered from manufacturer. That wouldn't be a problem but then they requested additional amount (22EUR) on already paid goods and shipping costs (almost twice as already paid shipping costs ) to ship package. Accepted and paid via Paypal, delivery was fast after that, but due to improper declaration (value of goods was declared together with shipping costs) additional customs had to be paid. Basically if you reside outside of EU - not too good choice because of costs, otherwise I have no complaints, quality of product is high as expected.

for this reason the expenses are only for europe and do not account for serbia

Good products but delayed delivery for products not in stock
When the order was made, products seemed to be in stock, but the delivery was taking too long, so when I contacted the customer service, they told me that 2 of the products were not in stock and I had to wait for a month for delivery. That was very disappointing since I needed to get the products urgently. So, I had to cancel the order of the 2 products out of stock and get only the ones that were in stock.
Other than this unfortunate incidence, products look good and as described.
