The product is good, installation instruction can be better. If shipping can be faster, that will be perfect, now it took 1 month to deliver but it has been stated when I purchase.
Received a completely wrong cheaper item with someone else's invoice attached. Wrote to their support support and tried to call - noone is getting back to me. An absolute waste of time and money.

I asked for advise but the Customer Service Rep couldn't give me an answer, I think this need to be improved.
I took a risk buying the product and otherwise the buying experience was good, so I would recommend buying in rubinetteriashop for the big assortment of products.

in a nutshell. lausi communication. no reply. goods still not received nor refunded..
add on comment: your reply tells the world how much you really care about your customers, which is nothing... instead of helping them with all means to successfully complete the order...
and by the way your statement is wrong: I did write you online in a realtime chat to cancel. but your guy online was not capable of doing so and insisted on cancellation per email. so i wrote aa email which is recorded in your ticket tool... and there it took again some more days until someone replied.. and so on.. so it is not correct that your employee is on holiday...
I then did order the correct item in a separate order, not replacement! and also that replacement order is.. I dont know where (be reminded I paid express delivery!)
2nd add on:
and I am not talking about the shippment arriving on the 27th or 28th January., which is the 2nd order. This 2nd order i expect to be delivered on time.
I am talking about the 1st order I tried to cancel, where you claim in the online shippment details that you sent it but fedex tells me they never got the items for shippment.
maybe you should ask next time for shippment details if you dont know to what the customer is referring before threatening your customers here on thrustpilot with lawyers.
And maybe you should invest less time in answering comments here in trustpilot and look into the open tickets you have in your own ticketing tool and answer there your clients questions

We ordered the toilet seat and a few days later it was delivered to our door step. The product was packed properly, so nothing could have happened to it during transport. The delivery took place a few days later than displayed on the website, but we had no problem with that.
