I purchased a chandelier and was promised i will receive an email confirmation of the order also delivered by 8 July. As of today 13 July i have not received an email confirmation or my order. It’s a disgrace
Good furniture but communcation needs work
From placing the order and receiving the acknowledgment email, there was no further contact for over a week. I had emailed and tried their listed phone number but had no success or reply. This cause me to be concerned that I had paid my money to a bogus company. After 10 days, I received a call from them explaining that they were having courir problems and were having to re-route the delivery via another courir. Two days later the furniture was delivered in good condition and exactly as described. So Rubix, please improve your customer contact with regular update information by any method and stop the customer becoming concerned about their order with you. Kind Regards.
