I made my order & received confirmation email & have heard nothing since regarding delivery & have emailed on several occasions with no response & cannot get through on telephone so how do I get any information about my order the money has been taken & now nothing can someone help!

I purchased a chandelier and was promised i will receive an email confirmation of the order also delivered by 8 July. As of today 13 July i have not received an email confirmation or my order. It’s a disgrace

From placing the order and receiving the acknowledgment email, there was no further contact for over a week. I had emailed and tried their listed phone number but had no success or reply. This cause me to be concerned that I had paid my money to a bogus company. After 10 days, I received a call from them explaining that they were having courir problems and were having to re-route the delivery via another courir. Two days later the furniture was delivered in good condition and exactly as described. So Rubix, please improve your customer contact with regular update information by any method and stop the customer becoming concerned about their order with you. Kind Regards.

Delivery was good however I asked for a refund still didn’t get a response.

Received my product 2 weeks after buying it but it was supposed to be delivered as an express delivery (3 days )

Great service. I didn't end up keep the piece of furniture I got but the customer service was excellent and refund was processed very fast. Would buy from here in future again.

Ordered something through amazon rubix was the seller havent received order yet ordered 7/12/21

The rug I ordered was lovely and so lightweight it looks good in my home will use

Great customer support! Had an issue with a delivery and they resolved it and sent the missing parts quickly and cabinet looks good.

All good. Item arrived damaged (these things happen) but they arranged for it to be collected and refunded me promptly

Delivered on Time . Very professional and courteous . Also very happy with the Quality of their chairs

Ordered a great value curtain rail for our bay window.
There was an issue with a damaged item, that wasn't communicated until delivery date.
After discussions with member thier team, it has been resolved to great effect.
