Dreadful company

Dreadful company - located in remote parts of China, not Melbourne. Goods came promptly but were completely wrong and of cheap quality: received a colour not even shown on the website as an option to order; crappy poly fabric. Returned the goods which sat with China Post for 2 months without delivery. All email replies from them were AI generated, thanking me for my patience - their picking error but would not refund. Lodged dispute with my bank / Visa and got my money back thru them. Veneer of respectability but completely shonky - do not use them.

Not a Melbourne company

It claims to be a Melbourne company but the goods came from overseas. A pair of trousers took more than 3 weeks to arrive. They were supposed to be linen but they aren’t - the label says 100% polyester, plus they are different than the photo. I’ve asked for a refund using the contact form, but have not had a response.
