Cheapest material I could ever imagine, horrible fit, item looks nothing like what’s advertised. Stay away, total scam company.

This is a shocking company to deal with. I have tried to return a dress which was completely different to the photo and the sizing was totally off. I cannot get an address from them as to where to return it and now I’m over the 30 days so I expect I suffer the loss. Please please do

Shocked at what came. From from China packaging. Knew straight away I was done here.

Company leads you to believe you’re buying from a boutique in Ireland when in fact, it’s directly from China. I ordered a jacket and received a cheap fleece (nothing like what I ordered). The company wouldn’t offer a refund unless I paid €30 to return the item. Total scam!

This company is not based in Ireland, their products shipped from China. The quality is dreadful & some not fit for wear. Do not purchase from this company.

Absolutely appalling company. Not based in Ireland , complete scam . I ordered a jacket and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture I ordered from , totally different fabric ( cheap fleece , plastic buttons ) it was advertised as brushed suede with gold buttons . It's only fit for the bin , absolutely disgraceful. I fell completely for the company saying they are based in Kerry.

I’d give it them a zero if I could. Absolutely shocked with the item I received, looks nothing like what I ordered paid €40 for it also! I did become a bit suspicious when the tracking came from china! Don’t fall for their scam! Awaiting to hear back from them but probably never will! Even to identify themselves as being from Kerry in Ireland is shameless of them!!!

Ordered a dress and it was like a dress for a barbie doll... not as advertised, size guide completely off. Asked for return address and was told it would cost 20-30euro to return to Asia.offered me 10% refund (3euro!!!) And I could make someone else happy by giving them the dress.... what a joke.... avoid at all costs

This company is nothing short of a complete scam. They are clear offenders of false advertising & I recommend to never use this company. Their customer service team are completely unhelpful with clear bargaining policies. They have come back to me with every email increasing their “goodwill gesture” of a discount on my next order or refund a percentage of my order. This confirms they have loose policies that are not clearly upheld & proves how abysmal this company is. Avoid at all costs.

I would give zero if it was an option. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Not Irish, false advertising, products are not as advertised. Claims the company is based in Tralee. Co. Kerry but products are coming for a warehouse in Asia. Will not refund you once you order/receive your products. Very slow responses and when you get a response they will not give the option of a refund. A complete SCAM!!!

Don't go near, ordered off them, pure cheap, trainers received, China, very disappointing, as looking website, you think, all fine, how get away with it, I don't know

This company is a fraud.it is not based in Kerry, it doesn’t exist and the products do not arrive! Please do not buy from here - ads have been reposted on Facebook! There is no way to contact ‘company’

They are not based in Ireland. My order came from China. They are disguising themselves as being an irish company. The main image of the two women is AI. Their facebook account was created in December 2024. Its all a load of BS basically. Wish I had noticed all this before ordering.

I bought 2 jackets paid €99 waited nearly 3 weeks to get them to say I was disappointed with the quality would be an understatement the material was like cheap felt. I have sent an email to ask how do I return and where to return there was no details in parcel. Shocking how their getting away with this. The parcel came all the way from Asia I was under the impression they were coming from a kerry boutique.

They have multiple websites, just reverse search the image on Google and you'll see how big of an operation this is posing as irish companies.

AVOID - This company deliberately misrepresents itself as an Irish boutique while actually operating from China.
Issues:
Website falsely claims to be "Ireland-based" but ships from Asia
Poor quality clothing, incorrect sizing despite following size guide
Refuses to honor advertised 30-day money-back guarantee
False claims about return costs to deter legitimate returns
Offers insulting partial refunds (25%) instead of following EU consumer law

Red Flags:

Presents as Irish business to gain trust, then reveals Asian warehouse for returns but does not readily provide return address. It took me 5 attempts to get the address from them.
Attempts to make customers pay international return shipping despite misrepresentation
Ignores statutory consumer rights under Irish/EU law
Uses deceptive practices designed to discourage returns

Outcome: Had to initiate chargeback and report to Irish authorities (CCPC/Gardaí) for business location misrepresentation and consumer law violations.
Warning to Irish/EU customers: You have 14-day automatic return rights regardless of what they claim. Don't be fooled by the Irish branding - this is a Chinese operation using deceptive practices.

This site shouyld be shut down as it is a Con from Shein etc. I cannot get a refund on poor quality items received.
