I thought I would try it out, not sure why. It said deposit $1 and get 40 spins just for signing up. I did the above and got nothing. Forget the 40 spins, I never even got the couple of bucks I deposited although my bank shows it as being successfully deposited. Pretty sure it's a scam. Anyway, not about the couple of bucks. I am always prepared to deposit and play on a site that I like when I find one. Scam alert. Avoid this site or any of its affiliates. Just saying.

It is almost impossible to ever get a fair return when playing, regardless of the game you play, the bet you do or anything!! It's a complete ripoff scam!! IF you do end up getting the promotions that are on offer, they come with a ridiculous wager of x70, Chat support is near impossible to get a hold of and if you do do not expect mush effort from them to resolve any issues you have! and on top of all of that, if you do manage to request a cashout, it will stay pending for min 48hrs before it is processed, with the option to cancel your pending cash out during that time, which is clearly what they are hoping will happen so you end up losing it all and they won't have to pay out!! Stay far away from any of the casinos from Baytree (Alderney) Limited ESPECIALLY THIS ONE!!

They offer a referral bonus if you get a friend to sign up. I got someone to sign up and NEVER got my bonus.

I sat on chat support twice for a long time to finally have someone chat to me and when I told them my problem they disconnected the chat! I also emailed them and no reply!

Seems like a shady casino that does not honor their bonuses nor give proper support!

Not only did the tech support page not have an answer for any of my issues, it also took over 1/2 an hour just to speak to an actual person because the chat bot did not understand my issues no matter how many ways I tried to reword it. My daily free spins did not load and my Bonus Wheel showed that I can respin in about 3 hours but I haven't played on Ruby Fortune Casino in over a year. I would have very much liked to start again if the casino hadn't made me wait in que for over 2 hours (not counting the 1/2 hour trying to get to speak to a human) while stating I was next in line to speak to an agent and to then log me out twice.
