They lie to cancer patients, to maximise income. To be avoided.

Ruby Hospital is a good experience but the problem is with the reception! There is that Hajji at the reception,the gentleman is always working alone! I don’t know if it’s me who’s unlucky but whenever I go there I find him alone on that desk which needs like 4 people. He is a hardworking guy but he is sometimes overwhelmed. This goes to the managers please guys yo work is not sitting in those chairs swinging and enjoying the ACs waiting for complaints from us the patients about your workers and you dismiss them. A manager is an overseer whereby you have to be flexible and available to intervene there and then in case of any need not waiting to be called or to be reported to about your subordinates so that you dismiss them. Now this goes to we the patients please and please let’s try to behave like human beings! Those people at the reception are also human beings they also have blood like Us. You expect them to smile as for you are busy embarrassing and abusing them?! Ruby should as well consider its workers because one day that Hajji was trying to work me as I was from seeing Dr. Anne, an Indian gentleman came and Hajji got his form and told him to have a seat as he was still working on me but after a few minutes this Indian came back and shouted at Hajji that why was he not calling him to be worked upon! For real we all felt disappointment and sorry for Hajji as we saw he had a bulk of forms to handle on his table! We were forced to intervene to save this Hajji as we realized he was overwhelmed. We were forced to shut the Indian man up as he had found us there. I myself in a joking way was forced to ask Hajji to help him as he was overwhelmed and there was no one to come to his rescue. Ruby is such a wonderful and great full experience but the management should devise means of helping those people at the reception because they go through a lot

Worst possible service with this hospital. First time I went, I had Covid, they ran other tests and the doctor said he couldn’t find anything. I literally had to beg for a Covid test to be done. On other occasions, after a biopsy test, I was told to wait 2 weeks for the results. After 2 weeks I called and texted for my results. It was not until I showed up at the hospital and asked to speak to the manager that the results were brought. And the time stamp showed they had been out for a while. Then the staff at the reception and insurance desk. Zero care for patients, no sense of urgency and poor customer care.

Clean environment with experienced staff and compassionate customer service

Timely and kind service. The hospital was exceptionally clean.
