"Be cautious with this seller. I have been the victim of a blatant scam. I requested a refund for the glasses I purchased. It took me three months, three international shipments via DHL and UPS, over $120 in shipping costs, and more than 80 email exchanges. The scam was straightforward: the seller provided a non-existent address that cannot even be found on Google Maps. As a result, neither DHL nor UPS could deliver the glasses, and they were returned to me. The seller refused to provide an alternative address, thereby defrauding me.

I would also like to highlight the lack of support from Rubylane, as they did not intervene in this dispute in any way. It is concerning that Rubylane allows sellers whose information has not been verified, as this negligence contributes to and facilitates fraudulent schemes. This is a scam, further disguised under the appearance of legitimacy

Unfortunately my experience with Antique Haven was very disappointing. I ordered a string of pearls, advertised as real pearls from Antique Haven. When they arrived they were clearly fake and even had peeling on them. I immediately took a photo and in good faith contacted Antique Haven who told me to return them, cheapest return no insurance, which I did. I waited until the expiry of the Paypal to lodge a complaint before I put in a claim with Paypal. Antique Haven called me "fraudulent". The owner did refund my money. All I did was order goods in good faith, contact her to advise they weren't real, returned them and asked for a refund. And she calls ME fraudulent. I think an indication of this place is that TWO YEARS LATER the owner has posted a vitriolic message on another review I have made which I will be taking up. I notice that anyone who gives a bad review receives total vitriol, no "I'm sorry you weren't happy with my service but hope we can work it out", etc. So be careful with these people. They are nasty.

Wonderful service, loved my two vintage necklaces arrived very quickly. Charlotte was very helpful, will be looking on this site again.
