We are really pleased with our bistro set which we now sit at almost every night! Good value compared to other places and delivery was much sooner than many other suppliers were promising. The only slightly annoying thing was that the courier couldn’t specify a delivery date so we weren’t sure when we needed to be in to receive the parcel.

Excellent, honest company who delivered on time and I will definitely be back. I did try to order something else but they were honest enough to tell me they were out of stock. Which I appreciated very much.

The service I received was excellent had a few issues that the package was sent back
to depot and that I needed a replacement leg when it arrived, however, through all of this , they were in constant contact and extremely helpful. I did not have an issue as sometimes things go wrong. I would highly recommend and I would buy from them again.

I was really struggling to find garden furniture without a very long delivery lead time. Found the Nardi anthracite table and 6 chairs that was ordered and delivered within 2 weeks.

On arrival there was slight damage to one of the table legs but Kim ordered and dispatched a replacement within 4 days. Great customer service and communication from Kim throughout. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Found a garden table!
Given all the demand for outdoor furniture, I hunted far and wide to get the one I wanted, and was delighted to find Rubys Garden Boutique. Pricing was good, website easy to use and generally happy.
Only areas for improvement are that confirmation of order did not have expected shipping date clearly evident, I had to call them to clarify and they told me where to click to find it.
Good management of expectations due to delay in delivery, understandable due to Covid and demand.
I would use them again and happy to recommend them.

Round garden table tiled top. The table is fine and is very sturdy. Delivery took a while but that was because the date given was not suitable and it was a very heavy table which couldn't be left for anyone else to take in. contact with seller good. Happy with the table.
