Reluctant negative feedback! Terrible customer service
I placed my order for two brow pens on the 13th of December the order number is #1093. i had an email to say they were dispatched on the 13th of December but I have not received these and have in the last few weeks sent two emails requesting an update to which I have received no reply.
The only possibility is that you have sent these to my billing address rather than my shipping address but I have not previously had this problem with other orders.
I love this product and am saddened by the lack of response and the fact I still have no products.
I would really appreciate it if someone could contact me and let me know what can be done to resolve
