I did an order for 3 lp's, but didn't receive a trackingnumber. After I send an email about it, I received the trackingnumber. Apparently the package was traveling all over Europe. And it says they tried to deliver it multiple times. But no one showed up at my door. According to Rude Records the address was probably wrong, but it wasn't. In the end I ended up with no LP's and paid 20 euros for no delivery..
The record arrived and was well packaged. Those are the positives. Sadly, some genius that works for the company put the record in the sleeve the wrong way around. As such, it arrived torn in three places. Unfortunately, the record was limited and is now sold out. Therefore, I’ve paid full price for damaged goods that can’t be replaced. Not great!! Additionally, the record took a while to arrive. It seemed to go on a trip around Europe (from Italy to Germany to the Netherlands, back to Italy, then back to the Netherlands (second time Eindhoven and Aalsmeer)) before making it to the UK. I wouldn’t recommend the company. There is obviously very little care being taken at the packaging stage. Don’t waste money paying for damaged goods.
