I’m from Canada and I have been a client for over 10 years. I have purchased various Rudrakshas, gemstones, pujas and idols. I have always been impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service skills displayed by the Rudra Centre team. All of the representatives are polite and ready to help. They have an excellent response time and provide prompt replies to any of my inquiries within seconds. All of their products are very good quality and are delivered within a week to 10 days. Recently, due to COVID-19 we are unable to visit any temples. Therefore, I have participated in several beautiful Maha puja and Yagyas organized by Neeta. These pujas are all live-streamed and you have access to contact a Rudra Centre Puja representative to answer any questions you may have about the puja. They also send you inspirational videos explaining the importance/ significance of that deity or puja. I would 100% recommend Neeta and her team at the Rudra Centre any day! God bless!

I had a good experience ordering various puja's and was very impressed with their service (I have written a review regarding this). Following in from this as I was so pleased I decided to order an astro/chakra analysis and had problems with getting a session with my assigned consultant (Diviji). After several emails he apologised and stated the delay was due to him being unwell. The consultation was really good and he then said he will email me remedies and mantras. As I didn't receive anything I emailed and eventually got a reply that it will be sent in the next hour. Surpise surprise....it did not. I sent emails and whatsapp messages which were not being looked at.
All in all despite a good session the chasing up for things before the appointment and after the appointment are not acceptable. It's probably people like this working at the company who cause them to get negative reviews. I am very annoyed because as a customer I should not have to be constantly sending messages and yes up to now I still have not received the email that was promised in the next hour.

I highly recommend Rudracenter! This is the fifth time I am buying Rudraksha from their online store, almost for everyone in my family!

I hardly give any reviews online but really wanted to share my experience so that others are saved from the frustration. I ordered 6 items from them 5 of those were fresh leaves. The package came was immaturely done for the flower garland. This spoiled the entire package. All the leaves dispatched were turned brown and wet. The most expensive item of 2-eyed coconuts were completely missing. On reaching the customer service online, there was no explanation. Sitting in US, I relied on their service to deliver the items which are not easily available. I would definitely not recommend their service. Poor communication, bad customer experience, no tracking, no ETA for shipment.

An update on this thread. After email follow up, I was able to get refund of the items purchased.

There services are quite good & priest always do an exceptional job, however the connection better the original information provided & the one spoked during Sankalpa had an error, rest was very good

Love everything about Rudra Centre. Positively charged items, excellent communication, wonderful and caring customer service.

Big Thankyou to RR team.I feel like this organisation is divinly guided. I have bought gemstones, Yantras and lots of spiritual items. All are of sucha high quality. But most importantly What I find is when they say its blessed and energised it truly is. I can see the difference everytime. The finished product has good quality, carefully crafted and packaged with care and sincerity. The divinity in the beads are felt.

Total thieves take money for pooja and items
Nothing given and nothing received after 5 months

I was a bit sceptical to buy any product especially Rudraksha due to wrong product delivery in past,it not only resulted in loss of money but huge trust issues. I saw lots of videos of Ms Neeta Singhal and thought to give it a try. I first ordered few inexpensive products like vaijayanti and turmeric bracelet and I was in awe of overall delivery experience-packaging, product quality gave me a boost of confidence and I contacted their team, Mr. Mahendra Kadam who helped me during my first purchase. One thing i would like to highlight and make very prominent here, that team members are very supportive and prompt. noone will ever ignore you or pester you to buy extra or expensive products. A huge Kudos to Mr. Mahendra, the way he handled my queries, gave fruitful suggestions and product information and got a whole new Bracelet customised just for me. Mahendra helped me understand about the therapy and beads stringing as far as 3,7 and 9 and now this 8 & 10 which I bought recently after 3,7,9 mukhi bracelet and in this he recommended to go for Mangalmaya which has 6,8 & 10.

Bracelets are so sturdy that its going to last for more than 15-20 years even after rough use. By looking at their Rudraksha and overall bracelet quality, they have raised bar and expectations that now it would be difficult from me from any other shop even for pretty unrelated/ different products coz now i know what a customer should get in return of theur money and trust.
I am re-ordering and re-ordering multiple products from them and every experience is awesome. A big thanks to Rudraksha Ratna and Mahendra.

And yes about the effect of Rudraksha bracelet, its divinely miraculous, I am energy sensitive and can feel the vibration all the time apart from smiling always.

Very much dissatisfied buying Rudraksha from here. The recommended items made by Neeta Sehgal gave fruitless result. After wearing the beads for three months nothing happened. It seems that they made a false promise just for selling these items. Bad practice.

I'm a regular Rudraksha Ratna customer with more than 15 purchases including Rudraksha, Idols, pooja items,pooja services, etc.
Purchased items are highly authentic and excellent quality.
I had an amazing experience during my pooja when they connected me live via video.
They have a very friendly customer service with clear communication in regards to product details,helping with suggestions about products,customizing to client needs, packaging and shipping, etc.
I'm extremely satisfied with their products and services and plan to make many more purchases in the future.
