When a product is sold, especially, if its a stone with a specific carat/quality, it must be marked as sold on the website. However, Rudra Center fails to do so, they keep the same display piece on the website and sell a different item to the customer. Which is nothing but deceiving the customers?
I suppose, there must be more transparency and accountability towards doing the right kind of business.

I just took a look at some reviews that break my heart, given its falsity and lack of rigor and scruples in criticism. I can say that each and every one of the sacred objects that come out of Rudraksha Ratna are authentic and truly blessing. I can verify the indescribably beneficial effects that both Rudraksha and Parad or Gems produce in both the physical and spiritual bodies. You have to have very few scruples to denounce falsehoods of what is unknown. It is definitely only ignorance and spiritual poverty that leads to writing such criticisms.
Sometimes I am a hard customer and I have been very heavy and demanding: I have only received kindness, affection, patience, love, respect and attention from Neeta and Her magnificent team. In all aspects I can only speak wonders of all of them.
I have written several testimonials on the Rudraksha Ratna website and I am not from their team, I don't even live in India. It's amazing how RRST has changed my life and my perspective on it, my entire worldview. From my initial consultation with Neeta, to receiving my recommended products, the whole process has been a worth while and wonderful experience. To Hindu's, devotees of Lord Shiva and to people who believe in the power of the Vedas, Agamas, Purana's, Upanishads....
Rudraksha beads work and if your perception is that they don't work for you then it's because you are immersed in ignorance. I have read review after review with these half baked, odd ideas about what a genuine crystal should do or what people feel a cut open rudraksha should look like. Please stop. We don't want you or need you spreading your faithlessness among the true seekers and the faithful. You're embarrassing yourselves. I have been a loyal customer for nearly a decade. I HAVE CUT THE RUDRAKSHA BEADS OPEN, not because I thought that they were fake.... They obviously were not fake just based on the appearance alone and only a person who knows nothing wouldn't know the difference... I wanted the seeds to grow plants, which I did. I have also had my gems appraised over the years and SURPRISE!!!!!! Every one of them were authentic!!! I have also benefited first hand from the powers of the Rudra Center Puja's.... ALL VERIFIABLE. Job promotions, healing from sickness, my enemies are healed, I grow closer and closer to Shiva... But guess what? Rudra Center is the bridge. Shiva is the Destination. The cause of all. Not Rudra Center. Rudra center is not to blame for your atheism and destruction of sacred items out of morbid curiosity (and BTW, to the "man" who cut that true bead in half.... your problem isn't Rudra center... I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here except people are complaining about why magick did not work. I have order all sorts of items from these folks for years. It is always timely service, and it is very cheap. None of these items can be purchased in the US for these prices, and they always throw in an extra gift. I feel that I can trust them, and they can make a DVD of any pujas ordered.

How to say thanks to Neeta mam as she has teached me how to get rid of pain. She is very nicely teached me to how to become perfect.
