Wore these clogs a couple of times, bought last week, they are already sinking in & unraveling

We bought pajama pants. The sizing was all off and 1 ripped the first time it was worn. They were all useless.

They have witheld my money and never refunded my order. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, IT IS SCAM!

Rue 21 has been my favorite clothing store for years! Not only do I love their clothing, but my grand daughters (3) also love Rue21. You guys have put a halt on shipping. It's driving me insane! I want my Rue21 back like it use to be. Please go back to shipping!

I’ve been shopping there for a while, I recently ordered something online that I had seen in store. Online they only had one size option (which wasn’t my size) but in store there was my size. I went into the store to pickup my order and see if I could get the one in my size and the manager told me I could and then tried to charge me a second time for the jacket… if I have the receipt for the other one you are able to return and exchange.

I had just approved for the Rue21 rewards credit card I was super excited to be able to use it for online shopping. Come to find out they turned off home delivery I was very disappointed I would have never applied for it if I had known they weren’t gonna offer that anymore.

I had never been in this store before, but on Sunday, a friend and myself stopped in. This is the store at 75th and Thomas in Phoenix. We had a question about an item, and we encountered the most delightful associate, Darlissa. She was so nice and engaging and helpful. I would go back to that store just because she's there. My friend and I both spoke to Darlissa's manager to let her know how wonderful she is. The manager was also very nice and personable. We got to the register, and encountered another personable associate. She was the assistant manager, I believe. Nice store, nice people. Keep up the good work!

The workers at delightful to talk to they have emotions when they talk to you, the clothes are so cute and a lot of them are cheap but good material

Very satisfied. Items are like described and very nice. They fit perfectly on me. And prices are unbeatable. I purchased different sweaters, sweatpants and tops and jeans and I have to say that the quality is good.

DO NOT TRUST Rue21 to send what you ordered! If they screw up your order, they provide ZERO customer service. Rue21 scammed me out of my money, and never shipped product I ordered. Instead, they sent a pack of HUGE Dble-D bras (super ugly plaid ones)
The customer service phone number on my $292.72 receipt offering customer service has a recording stating that they NO LONGER PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICER by phone! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THAT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!

No one seems to know what they are doing at this store I asked for help to find a easter outfit and the young girl heavyset I think her name was Briana was trying to help but then walked away and helped another customer into fitting room left me hanging. The dress i picked out I winded up putting it back then I left.

I got nothing but an attitude at Deer Park nobody seemed to know what they were doing, they were all standing around and talking there was an older lady like i think she was the manager her name tag said candice and they were was a heavyset girl also didnt see her name no customer service whatsoever.

A pair of sweatpants I ordered from them ripped within a week.

I also tried to return another item, WITH the original packing slip as they tell you to do, and never received a refund. I contacted them and they said that without a tracking number they can't help me. Really? You have no way of tracking returns in your system? Horrible customer service.

Placed an order for my daughters and received less than half of items. Initially I blamed the courier(horde FedEx)but Rue21 dragged their feet and had to escalate the issue twice. I finally got my refund, but if this company really cares about their customers… consider changing the courier utilized. I will never order online from them again, not worth the headache and the clothes aren’t the best quality.

this is my favorite store!! i bought 2 pair of ripped jeans from them in 8th grade and im a high school junior now and i can still fit both of them i also bought shoes one pair i recently ordered they r the faux fur band pool slides in black size 6. they are so freaking comfy and cute! you can wear them with anything. their clothes n shoes definitely fit true to size i got a medium in all my dresses and i got a lot of room in them and my shoes i got a 6 in both of my shoes i bought from them and i have no feet problems they aren't too small and they aren't too tight. the shipping is a week wait but still all of their clothes are worth it!! whoever don't like rue21 y'all r cray crayyy!!

My daughter ordered something’s off line here with rue 21. They sent the packages 3 different ways no one knows where the package are. Call today for a refund they claim I have to wait for my money back until Saturday. Funny when she ordered it u took the money the same day. I’m warning those who try to use there online service it’s a joke don’t do it now I have to dispute this with my card.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!!! I received several items I ordered online in the wrong size. It is almost impossible to find the information you need to return items via mail. I was finally able to return over $100 in merchandise via USPS and NEVER received a refund! Their customer service is AWFUL!!!

I visited Rue 21 in Harahan, La. while I was in New Orleans and the staff in that store is not the most helpful individuals, they were more engaged in what they had going on than the customers in the store. I'll stick to online shopping. Thanks, but No thanks.

Need more plus size locations and styles.. we feel neglected all the skinny women get all the good clothes and stores.
