Completely hopeless. You can tell from a first glance that the site is cheap and thrown together. Then when you try to log in it doesn't recognise previous registrations, and you end up having to repeat the process. Then when it actually comes to watching a game live, it says: "too many requests", and doesn't work. Also seem to be two Rugby Pass sites with different logos and unclear how they relate to each other.
Unable to cope with the demand when England XV play France in June 2025. So as an England and rugby supporter there is no way I can watch the national team play. Pathetic England RFU and rugby pass!
