great product - made to last

One of the two cables that I ordered only worked
once and then refused to charge.
OK these things happen but the prosses of trying to contact the company to report the problem is terrible.
I filled in the form on the website 3 times over three days with no response.There is no phone no for customer support so started a return for refund that sent an auto response saying they will contact me by e mail at a later date when they have decided that I can return the defective cable no mention of them paying return postage.Not impressed won’t use again and will be very wary of any company not offering a customer support phone no

I am hoping that this one lasts longer than 18 months got to say I was disappointed because the last one cost more than this one did and at the price I could buy a pack of five leads which will break we no that but they might just last longer that the Rugd so I will be giving it another chance fingers crossed

A great product, great capacity for recharging when you out and about.. looks great and i.p. rated with a good “Rugd” case and clip point and then you have an LED torch and built in S.O.S beacon!

So a USB C cable isn’t usually that exciting, it’s not like a jewellery purchase but Rugd customer experience is up there with the best! I wanted a cable for my new phone, my experience of a well known product supplied by a fruit named company isn’t great, they’re ok initially I gen just seem to give up, this cable was recommended online, when I looked it was on offer and looked mighty tough, so I bought one, turned up early and far better packaged than I expected, looks and feels solidly made almost child proof (kids will destroy anything, not even diamonds stand a chance!), charges quickly and data transfer is quick, would definitely recommend one of these 👍

I’m very happy with the products, very well made and work as advertised.

Easy to find as I have purchased this item previously, I cannot see the Airtag holders that I purchased ever letting me down. RUGD is a brand that I trust.

Ordered the power banks and charging cables. Both items are excellent quality and look like they will last a long time. Currently using them in Greece as I type this. Will order some more when I get home for some other family members. Extremely fast postage which is a bonus.

Great battery, small and compact but strong and durable, it also for what I need is a good battery capacity on it! Not only is this a great battery from a good, reliable and trustworthy company, the delivery was the next day! Only thing I will say is that although it is packaged in a small protected box already it is then just put into a bigger box with no other packaging to support it, so the box itself might get a bit knocked around! But generally just a great item and a great company!!!

The goods did not arrive, was send back and i did not get full refund. I still want the goods...
