Hired from the range. You provided a locker that has no machine in it!!!

We collected our rug doctor machine easily but it had not been cleaned by the previous user and in fact still had a tank of dirty water which spilled over our car.
So before we could start using it we had to clean it throughly. The actual machine was great once clean and we have a lovely clean carpet. Cleaned it before returning.

I read that fines can be issued if not cleaned after use. They need to be checked as how we received ours was disgusting.

First time using rug doctor. The process was seamless, carpet,car and suite came up Great

Did the job well. Easy pick up and drop off at local super market.

The machine cleaned my carpet.
Unfortunately the machine was very dirty on collection and I had to spend over an hour finding out how to clean it. It worked well after cleaning but would not recommend it to anyone as it was jolly hard work to use for someone who is 84 years old and 5 ft high.

i had difficulty booking the machine on line but Tesco shop rang and sorted it out thank you and the machine did good job. so pleased

It made my rug worse than it was before and it smelt like cat urine after I'd used it. Was disappointed as thought it would brighten the rug up.

Easy to book and easy to collect, the machine does a great clean

Very good cleaning of 20-year-old white-ish carpet. Pretty good upholstery cleaning too. My only criticism is that the machine is so heavy, and then you have to run up and down stairs each time it runs out of water, but perhaps the design can't be improved.

Cleaner made a great difference to the carpet after our ceiling came in, lots of dust and coal marks which came offline with the machine.

The renting process was simple, the tool was easy to operate, I recommend renting for two days

Very disappointed as the nozzle on the attachment was completely blocked, thus making upholstery cleaning impossible and the underneath of the machine was filthy thus making the cleaning of carpets impossible, as there was no cleaning fluid able to be dispensed.
I have had a refund which is appreciated; however, I have 2 bottles of cleaning fluid which are now no good to me.
The staff in my local Tesco did advise me that the machines have been in situ "for years" so perhaps they could do with a good clean and service
