Very positive experience. Great rugs and also great customer service. The main guy is very responsive on email. 2 rugs ordered from a Belgian supplier and he managed to get them to us during the Brexit transition with minimal disruption to us. Really good price for the rugs too. I would certainly buy from RUGHUAS again.

They have provided great customer service during a very difficult time for retail and have been quick to respond to any queries that I have had about my order (shipping from Belgium). Purchased a Louis De Poortere Mad Men Cracks in Abyss Blue through RUGHAUS and Christian was extremely informative with providing indicative delivery dates, all whilst we were in the midst of the Coronavirus.
RUGHAUS continued to keep me informed throughout the orders progress (which spanned over several weeks as my chosen rug was not in stock at the factory) and I felt throughout the process that I was in safe hands.
The rug is now laid in the home office and looks a million dollars, I love it!
Would definitely use again.

Had to return the rug I bought as it wasn't right, however their communication throughout the process was excellent. The only reason detractor was the fact I had to pay/organise the return postage (hence not a 5 star review). I can understand it as this is a sunk cost to the company, though many established businesses these days will happily swallow this as a cost of doing business. Overall still recommend the company and their products.

Excellent product and service. I used them to buy a carpet underlay. It was available in different widths which was quite convenient and made it easy to lay under carpets of different widths. Arrived on schedule as well. Would definitely recommend this company.
