This shop is a paradise for the discerning customer.
I had brought with me a few colour samples and the dimensions of the rug I needed so as to narrow down the choice as there are so many different styles on offer you could easily find the experience overwhelming. I needn't have worried. Expert advice was provided and I came away with exactly what I had hoped to find. The rugs have transformed my dining room bringing colour and harmony. A thousand thanks to Romin and his Dad for being so courteous and helpful.
The background history to the rugs is also extremely interesting. You feel you've travelled without leaving Surrey!

We went to Rugmart wanting to invest in a quite expensive rug. We had photos of the room and a swatch of the colour of the new sofa. We were tempted to go for something similar in colour but the salesman brought out a really contrasting rug which we would not normally have gone for. It fits perfectly and the rug is stunning.

Excellent service. We visited their Guildford showroom and Romin and his staff took time to discuss our colour scheme and style, then displayed rugs for us to view. They offered excellent advice, were very knowledgeable and professional. Our rugs were delivered within a week and we are delighted with them. We would highly recommend Rugmart.

Placed an order with Rugmart on Friday, and got it on Monday. They email with updates on your order, and the item was well packed.
