They sent me the wrong rug, I've been trying to contact them, but they've ignored my e-mails. I also have to pay 22 euro for the return, which is crazy, as it was their mistake. Definitely do not recommend.

First time buying on this website. Beautiful products, rapid shipment! What more can I say!

The colour is nothing like on the web site, it is more of a dusty blue. Reaching out to Rug Solid was of no help, as they dismissed the color difference to be a natural variance due to the lighting. Light variation would explain some variation of petroleum, but not that the colour differs in it self. If you don´t mind receiving a different product than you ordered, and a store that takes no responsibility for their faulty advertisement, Rug Solid is the perfect choice.

I got a good offer for the rug I looked for, bought it, and it was delivered in a few days. Quality seems okay.

24 hour discount 31.10.24 - rag rug ordered in colour "grey/beige" - order confirmed - correction received on 1.11.24: colour unavailable. Rug Solid offered their apologies and suggested a similar colour which was still available. Accepted suggestion on condition that discount would still apply. Received confirmation of amended order with discount. Rug arrived 6.11.24.
The rug is true to size, colour "nougat" fits with most colour schemes, 100% recycled cotton (firmly woven with webbing bands at ends). Rug Solid cotton rugs are washable!

The taxes where not included in the costs or delivery costs even though the page had a local domain. I ended up paying more than twice than I would have payed buying from a local seller. Moreover, if I interpreted the tax statement correctly, the rug was imported by air freight, truly disgusting for a company that talks about sustainability. Delivery was with UPS, further issues there. And worst of all, I sent them feedback about all the issues and never heard back

Smooth purchase process, REALLY fast delivery and all as expected.

Carpet received folded in 4. The problem is that this makes a mark in the center, like a crease along the entire length and impossible to remove over time. And Rug Solid doesn't want to hear anything! Deplorable after-sales service and glaring lack of communications.

A nice rug, is lovely and you don't really feel that is plastic.
