Ordered a rug and it was damaged during delivery. Rug was returned and a refund was promised by the company. After several months of dealing with multiple people and promises of a refund, we still do not have our money. At this point, it amounts to stealing. Extremely poor customer service.
I would strongly recommend not doing business with Rugsville.

Avoid this company at all costs. No rug was ever dispatched. Thankfully PayPal helped me to retrieve my quite sizeable payment to them. I had many sleepless nights over this issue. It is mind boggling that people like this are allowed to 'trade'.
