All pics on their site are sourced from other international websites and when they send you the actual product it's literally like a cheap chinese version of whats shown on their website! FULL SCAM & PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
They complicate the returns to make you do all the work with shipping and labelling and they are least responsive on email. Just terrible terrible overall! Please avoid wasting your time and money on them!

This is a scam...Please don't order anything from this company, RUGVINE OR WAYFAIR OR MEWE GALLERY COMPANY LIMITED, TAPESTRY, and NEW STARTED MAY 4, 2020, LUCKSHOP. The order number will not track. Didn't get a confirmation number, only a receipt from a PAYPAL account.
Never get a response from the several emails I have sent as to where your order is. And PAYPAL will not help. I can NOT believe that WAYFAIR AND TRUSTPILOT even are willing to put there names on this SCAM. AND then expect you to boast their names on Facebook or anywhere else. HOW DARE YOU TO TAKE ADVANGE OF UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE ESPECIALLY DURING THE COVID-19. I also did my research to late, believing I was dealing with reputable companies.
Scam! I bought a quilt that clearly showed patches sewn together to make a king size bed cover. When I received the quilt, it was made of the cheapest material - a type of plastic woven thread with a blurred photo of a cat enlarged to the size of the quilt...tried contacting them twice but no response. The photos they use for their products for the customer to order from are not the same products they are making...show actual quilted products and what you get is a piece of cloth with a simulated quilted pattern on it. Unfortunately, I started doing my research about this companytoo late and found it has several names and every online location was filled with same complaints and that PAYPAL makes it next to impossible to get a refund from these criminals ... who are apparently Chinese. It is so terrible I won't even use it as a dog blanket!!!! I have given them one star because there is nothing less than a single star I can assign to this company and its scam! Beware!
