Poor quality and even worse customer service.
From the beginning, there was a noticeable irregularity along the edge of the carpet. I initially gave Rugvista the benefit of the doubt, assuming this was a natural occuring variation. However, it has now become clear that this was not normal at all, as that same section has come loose. This is simply a defect.
What is frankly unacceptable is the way this has been handled. Despite this issue occurring well within the two-year legal warranty period under Belgian law, Rugvista has failed to take responsibility and offered a completely inadequate solution. This shows a serious lack of respect for basic consumer rights.
To make matters worse, this carpet has been used under very light conditions. I live alone, without children or pets, so there is absolutely no justification for this kind of damage. This is clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear.
I have purchased multiple carpets from Rugvista in the past without problems, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It proves that when something does go wrong, the company does not stand behind its products.
I will not be purchasing from Rugvista again. If you expect durability and proper customer support, look elsewhere.

Amazing service, fast shipping and really high quality carpet. I was very happy when I received my carpet as it is much prettier in person than the photo. Very satisfied and definitely highly recommended. I will buy again for another room.

This was the first time I bought a rug online and I am not gonna lie: I was very doubtful about this. I spent several weeks trying to find what I was looking for in different shops in the area I am living at, but whatever I found never really hit the mark. Online shops like Rugvista had many more rugs in their selection that seemed to match what I was looking for, but I was worried that the rug would ultimately not look like what I was presented on the website or it would take forever to deliver or I would not be happy and end up debating with the shop to get my money back. Well, that last bit was not applicable, because when the rug was delivered just a few days after my order, it looked exactly like it had been presented on the website. The quality was great, packing was fine (there was a small tear in the plastic packaging, but no issues) and I love-love-love how the rug elevates my living room. I was doubtful before, but I would order at Rugvista again.

The delivery had a wrong rug.
I contacted clientservice and they told me to order a new one and send the old back, not considering that I don't have the transport to move it.

On top of that a discount of 5% that is not stackable while I bought the rug for 15% off.

I feel robbed, I have to figure out how to fix their mistake and buy a new one with a lesser discount. I asked for a better solution but no answer. That is why I want to let you know.
