Life-changing treatment – I couldn’t recommend Ruh Dental enough
I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am to Liv and the team at Ruh Dental in Manchester. I recently had 4 porcelain veneers completed, and the experience — and the result — has genuinely changed my life.
For many years my teeth were damaged due to historic trauma, and it affected my confidence far more than I ever realised. Smiling, speaking, even meeting new people came with anxiety. From the very first appointment, Liv treated me with such care, sensitivity and professionalism. I never once felt rushed, judged or dismissed — only listened to and understood.
Liv’s attention to detail is exceptional. She took the time to explain every step, made sure I was completely comfortable, and was absolutely committed to achieving a result that looked natural, balanced and me. The veneers themselves are flawless — they don’t look “done”, they just look like the teeth I should always have had.
What I didn’t expect was the emotional impact. Having my smile restored has given me back my self-esteem and confidence in a way that’s genuinely profound. I smile freely now, without thinking, and that alone is priceless.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Arshad and the team. The composite bonding carried out by Dr Arshad was outstanding, meticulous,natural looking, and completed with great care and precision. I couldn't be happier with the results. A special mention to Amy, the treatment coordinator, who has been fantastic throughout the entire process. She was supportive and always made sure I understood each step. Her communication and friendliness made the whole experience smooth and stress free. My treatment included Invisalign and composite bonding.My smile looks much better however for this amount of investment I would expect 100% satisfaction and exceptional customer service unfortunately it was a bumpy experience.Many appointments were delayed and then rushed or not attended by the doctor at all, poor communication which led to delays with my retainers and left me with wearing the same for 6 weeks.
I discussed my composite bonding in detail with the doctor however after I noticed the symmetry wasn’t on point and have visible discolouration on front tooth.I flagged that on my review but this haven’t been corrected ,explained by the doctor that I wanted more natural look.
Unfortunately would not recommend this practice and wouldn’t use for future.

I made my first visit on the 18th/10/2025 to be honest Dr Josh was amazing in explaining the treatment process and how long it may take to fix the problem. I didn't star my treatment yet, but I trust Dr Josh and I'm confident under his care. I can't wait to start the work. Thank you Dr Josh

After over two years of Invisalign treatment and a significant financial investment, the nightmare at Ruh Dental (Notting Hill) is finally over.

On the day of my scheduled composite bonding appointment — the final stage of my treatment — Dr. Sonnie cancelled the procedure while I was already in the clinic, despite months of planning, prior confirmation of its importance and having me sign a bonding agreement. He explained that composite bonding was a “work of art” and said he would no longer perform it, claiming he would complete my Invisalign treatment without it, regardless of my wishes.

However, just two weeks earlier, he had carried out a gingivectomy without anesthesia, even though I had explicitly requested it. The procedure was done instead of a frenectomy that other orthodontists had recommended, with his justification that the gum would later be supported by the composite bonding — the same composite bonding he then refused to perform. When I questioned this, I was told the treatment was “cosmetic” and optional, despite having already paid for it. I later secured a refund, but the experience raised serious concerns about patient care, professionalism, and consent.

What followed was a year-long cycle of poor communication and deflection. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, aligner orders were delayed, and there was never a clear completion date. I was left wearing the same trays for months at a time. Each time I asked for updates, I received conflicting responses. My formal complaints were handled internally by their practice manager, creating an obvious conflict of interest. Even appeals to the co-founder, Dr Rizwan Mahmood and CEO, Dr Zayba Sheikh went unanswered.

Eventually, I sought a second opinion from another clinic, Cosmetic Dental Gallery, who had to contact Ruh Dental directly to facilitate the handover. They completed my treatment in under six months and correctly advised that a crown, not composite bonding was the appropriate solution for one of the teeth originally planned.

Ruh Dental’s handling of my case showed a lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I would not recommend this clinic — patients deserve clarity, respect, and genuine care, not confusion, delays and silence once payment is secured.

I do not like going to the dentist , had an emergency and Dr Josh made me comfortable and made my visit the easiest and painless on I have ever had . Will be back again also pain free tonight and for the week end so thank you so much Dr Josh . Beatrice (Harrods ) x

I had a consultation just yesterday which was a very positive experience. I was out at ease straight away by Amy the dental coordinator. The dentist I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him.

I had initial my consultation with the team and I was very impressed. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure from the team to go ahead with the treatment. Great experience from the moment of booking!

I started Invisalign at Ruh Dental last year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. My teeth were in a really bad way. I had a crossbite and lots of gaps but Dr Riz created a treatment plan that completely transformed my smile in just 8 months. I’m amazed at how quickly he fixed the issues that had bothered me for years.

After Invisalign, I had composite bonding done by Dr Amit. He has been so informative and genuinely kind throughout the process. My teeth now look amazing, and I finally feel confident smiling and speaking without hesitation. I used to avoid showing my teeth, but now I can’t stop smiling! My sister was so impressed that she’s planning her own treatment after seeing my results.

The whole team at Ruh Dental has been wonderful. Amy, the treatment coordinator, is always available to answer questions and makes everything so easy and stress-free. I also had a hygiene clean with Alisha, who was absolutely lovely. Everyone in the clinic is friendly, welcoming, and professional, which really makes you feel comfortable.

I spent years researching before deciding where to have my treatment, and choosing Ruh Dental was the best decision I could have made. The results are worth every penny, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for cosmetic treatment. I’ve already recommended Ruh Dental to all my family and friends, and I couldn’t fault them on anything.

If you’re thinking about going, I promise you’ll be in the best hands!

I have had 6 composite veneers and I am very pleased with them. I had to make a slightly adjustment on 2 of them which Ruh were brilliant at squeezing me in at their earliest available appointment.
