I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience with Ruko drones and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly drone. The performance and value have been excellent, especially for the price point.
One of the standout aspects has been their customer support. Katherine and Joyce have both been incredibly helpful—very responsive to questions and willing to take the time to review flight logs to troubleshoot issues. That level of support really builds confidence, especially for newer pilots or anyone pushing their equipment in more demanding conditions. Another big plus is the insurance policy offered through Ruko. It has been solid coverage and reasonably priced, providing extra peace of mind when flying. Overall, between the quality of the drones, responsive customer service, and affordable insurance options, I highly recommend Ruko drones.

Ruko u11mini 4K is impressive

My previous Ruko u11mini was nice except the fact that it did not have 3 axis gimbal, It was very nice of Ruko to give 70% discount on the new u11mini 4K with 3 axis gimbal. This drone takes rock steady videos. Its impressive. Thanks.

Next level customer service and hardware experiance!

To start, the drone is incredibly well built, intuitive and simple to setup and pilot. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the video quality coming from this drone. Clear instructions from Ruko made the process seamless to set up and operate. Additionally, my customer service experience with the company was phenomenal. I reached out to them a week ago, regarding replacement parts for the drone and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. They were also easy to get a hold of and communication with them was consistent and fast. I love how quickly their customer service rep. Kim handled all my inquires and immediately made suggestion and solved my issues.

The controller on my new drone goes…

The controller on my new drone goes blank after you turn it on therefore, you cannot see what needs to happen next. I've put a work order in and have yet to hear back other than they want me to make a video which I did and send to them. I feel I'm wasting my time and money purchasing from your company.
