I enjoy the Ruled.Me site so much. It is a great place to get a variety of good information about the Keto lifestyle and diet. The recipes are great. And plentiful. For Free. I've purchased many Keto books over the years and it's amazing to me that there is so much information on their website for free.

I've been following Ruled.Me for many years now and love their content! There are a lot of excellent articles about keto and almost all of the recipes are excellent - easy to follow and delicious!

I have been using these recipes and following this site for many years. All the recipes have always been easy to produce and delicious. I have found that the site stays true to Keto and clean eating. Years ago I initially purchased the online cookbooks but I'm so impressed that the site continually offers free recipes through email and their social media sites. One of the best keto recipe sites out there in my opinion!

We had a few Covid kilos to lose so re-joined Ruled.Me for safe, quick and enjoyable weight loss, and guess what - it worked.
I say re-joined because I had used the service before about 3 years ago and was happy with the results. But sitting at home, worrying and drinking and snacking more than usual meant we were both getting lumpy.
I was delighted with the simplicity of setting my requirements and got a quick reply to a (rather stupid) question I had. But I was blown away by the shopping list! What joy to go shopping for exactly what you need. It was rather hard to get my butcher and cheesemonger to go to the gram, but I froze anything I had too much of.
We laughed when we saw the size of the meals -SO small. But we both felt completely satisfied after eating each meal, so what more do you want? We stuck to it for two weeks, lost what we needed (3 and 5 Kgs) and thank you very much Craig and the team.
Downsides aren't really important: You have to find something else to do, after a meal. We drank herbal teas and went out for a stroll. If not, you might feel lost or bored. But you won't be hungry.
It was easy doing this as a couple. With a family it would make a lot of organisation and cooking temptations.
And I wasn't able to reset my tracker. I put in the wrong weight as my start point and couldn't work out how to change it so I missed seeing the graph go down. But I knew as my clothes got more comfortable, and I used my rusty brain to make the calculations. I'm sure I could have asked for help, but it wasn't a necessity for a successful outcome.

By far the best Keto recipe website on the interwebs! Youtube channel is great as well!

I love Ruled.Me. They have great recipes that are easy to print and use. I have been using them for over a year. It has greatly helped me to stay on my diet and to lose weight. I would recommend this site to everyone.

One of the best Keto sites available. There are so Keto recipe site choices but many don't deliver the taste & goodness like Craig's Ruled.Me site. Everything I've made has been delicious. The Keto Chicken Casserole is my next new recipe to try. Over 600 recipes - there's something for everyone!

I have just started easing into Keto with limited knowledge. The KETO academy app is brilliant and has helped tremendously! I don't have an appestat (appetite gauge) so the macros and the calories that have been worked out already in all the meals, and the options of swapping meals without rethinking macros etc., has been instrumental in helping me not feel overwhelmed with working it all out. In 2 weeks, even with a few days of the usual office birthday cake, I have managed to lose 3kgs.
I've lost money with previous KETO challenge/mealplan purchases with no real content or guidance. This is honestly the best, well thought out resource I have come across.

Ruled.Me was the very first Keto website I came across and found good , solid advice with easy to follow articles. Although I don't live in America it was still relevant to me and to my situation and indeed was the catalyst I needed to begin my new lifestyle. It is a site I have recommended to a great many people and one I use frequently.

Love this app.
Using it helped guide me to reach my goal weight. Along with Craig and the team who were always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Having the meal plan and shopping list made it so much easier. Allowing me to pick and choose or change meals was a great option too.
The meals themselves were delicious, that I shared with my family who enjoyed them as well.

Best keto app/site I have tried. Easy to use with straightforward functions and more importantly, yunmy recipes! Happy it offers both metric & imperial units too. Customer service for this app/site is EXCELLENT! The founder is so prompt in providing clear and helpful answers for any questions making me feel safe and supported in keto journey. Highly recommended to all those thinking of trying out the keto diet but doesn't know where to begin. Great app/site overall! :)

Ruled.me has dramatically changed my health for the better and I've lost most of the weight that I needed to lose; No other diet, and I've tried many over 50 years, has even come close.
This is a keto aid that specifically tailors the recipes to your individual needs.
The hardest decision in any previous diet was usually 'what's for dinner', but ruled.me has that totally covered. I love the multitude of recipe choices, but there are so many other choices eg I choose my cooking methods to suit the overbearingly hot & humid conditions here in Queensland Australia. I love salads in summer, and there are so many from which to choose. Providing me with a detailed shopping list is the icing on the cake.
I am so confident in the taste of all the recipes that I don't have to worry about the spices being overpowering or too hot. They are always 'just right', and full of flavour.
I totally recommend ruled.me, as it's simple to use, inexpensive when you consider the cost savings in food, and planning time, and it takes all the guesswork out of the keto equation. It just works.
It's a no-brainer!

Lots of easy recipes to pick from. It is pretty much a no brainer to follow. I lost over 30 pounds in 4 months while sitting waiting for knee surgery. Any questions on the app were quickly answered. The shopping list that is generated makes it very easy to make sure you have everything on hand for the week.

I've been following a ketogenic diet for the past 5 years due to health reasons. Ruled.Me is one of my favourite resources for doing research, especially for nutrition, macro management and strength training. I especially like their keto calculator. Craig is also very responsive, and always takes the time to answer my questions.
