While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unprofessional

Arranged an interview, the recruiter changed twice between the initial call and the interview. No one logged in to do the interview. No call or email to apologise or advise there would be a delay. Avoid

Amateurs !!!!!!

Amateurs !!!!!!

They advertise vacancies and then never get back to you.

You phone them and their switchboard doesn’t know who the relevant dept or person is or who to transfer your call to.

They say they will try to find out and pass a message on - but once again, no call back.

If you DO get a direct number to call, the voicemail inevitably kicks in to tell you that the person’s voicemail box is full and it cannot accept any more messages.

Absolute waste of time and energy!

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with an employer. They refused to pay my holiday pay and they exercised their power instead of listening to my situation. One lady named Emma was extremely rude and unwilling to help me out with my unique case. From what I know, various companies collaborate with employer-based companies such as Rullion to avoid handling all the regulations and policies. Rullion handles the employees queries unsympathetically and never spends any time helping the employee with their query. I lost my holiday pay as a result. I could have gone and sued them for sure because that's against Regulation 13. That would involve a lot of bureaucratic process from my side so I chose to opt out and share my honest review of them, in hope that companies won't choose them. I am happily employed with Pertempts now and not only they reply to my queries and emails politely, but they are also very flexible. Go with Pertempts or another equivalent. Never with Rullion. A total disgrace for taking advantage of their own employees. Shame on you!

Josei Ashcroft

Josei, her professionalism in supporting a successful application to an Audit role with Yu Energy was phenomenal. Nothing was too much for her. She is quick to respond to all my questions and all the interviews were schedule with ample preparational notice. Josei is an ASSEST to Rullion. Please support her in all her endeavours. Kindest regards Marcus

Dreadful if contracting, truly awful!

Don’t accept any temporary assignments through Rullion.
I accepted a very responsible role where Rullion are acting as the agency, so you provide timesheets to them for them to get signed off by the end client and then they pay your umbrella, who in turn pay you, simple.
Ahh no!

There are some really unpleasant individuals at Rullion and it that wasn’t bad enough they recommend an umbrella (accountancy) who were quite frankly incompetent.
Rather than Rullion mediate as they should they accuse the contractor ie me of impropriety based of the clearly shady relationship they had with a truly dreadful umbrella accountancy firm.
I’ve stepped away from the assignment once and again due to overbearing nonsense from one on Rullion account managers look set to do so again, and for the final time.
This has been a truly dreadful experience, where full payment to the contractor (me) hasn’t been received and now my integrity is being challenged.
I’ll be speaking to the client about ongoing issues and my decision to walk away from the assignment based on Rullion and my unfortunately bad experience.
I will neither work through, with or appoint via Rullion again!
