I ordered two items

I ordered two items. Received one of them without delay but did not receive any information on the second item. Asked, got responses slowly after days. Eventually they admitted that they don't have the item.

They refunded first just the item but I requested refund of the postage too as I would not have ordered just one item. Got it eventually after over a month of the original purchase. So eventually I got one of the items I needed for very reasonable price but had to use considerable amount of time for communication.

Huono asiakaspalvelu ja tuote kateissa. Very bad customer support and missing delivery.

Tilaamaani tuotetta (sohva) oli varastossa ja toimitusajaksi luvataan 3-5 päivää. Tilausvahvistus tuli 26.11 mutta tuotetta en ole vieläkään saanut. 5.12 sohva oli jo 64km päästä minusta mutta sitten se jostain syystä päätyi takaisin Ruotsiin. Nyt seurannan mukaan lähetys on ollut 18.12 asti valmiina varastossa pakattuna seuraavaa kierrosta varten. Näitä kuljetusvirheitähän sattuu mutta yksi tähti siitä että asiakaspalvelu on huonointa mihin olen törmännyt. En ole saanut minkäänlaista kontaktia/vastausta tilanteeseen ja ensimmäinen yhteydenottoni oli jo 13.12. Nettisivujen mukaan toki asiakasta informoidaan automaattisesti jos aikatauluun tulee muutoksia.
In English:
The product I ordered (sofa) was in stock and the delivery time is promised to be 3-5 days. The order confirmation came on 26th of November, but I still haven't received the product. 5th of December the sofa was already 64 km away from me, but then it somehow ended up back in Sweden. Now, according to the shipment tracking, it has been ready 18th of December in the warehouse in Sweden, packed and ready to be delivered (for the next round…) but the status has not changed from that. These shipping errors happens, I got that but one star because the customer service is the worst I've come across. I have not received any kind of contact/response from customer support and the first contact from my side was already on 13th of December. According to the website, of course, the customer is automatically informed if there is a change in the schedule.

Defective floorlamp

The floorlamp that I ordered, worth some 900 e, arrived damaged - the leg of the lamp in two pieces. Producer representative immediately told me on the phone that the item is damaged, but rum21 informed me that it will take then one week to investigate and process the claim. If the claim is approved, the delivery time for a replacement lamp would be up to 16 weeks, meaning it would take an unreasonable amount of time to fix this issue and the darkest winter months will have passed before the lamp will have arrived. According to producer, there is no reason why rum21 could not send me a replacement leg only, since they have such in stock for another version of the same model with a different shade. Rum21 is, however, uncertain if they will under their own policies be able to do this, implying they will rather have me waiting up to 16 weeks to have the issue fixed. Totally unimpressed.

EDIT 10.1.: To comment on the below response by Rum21, it has been a week and no word from Rum21 to solve the issue.

Cant trust the descriptions of the products at all

Ordered dark blue products, saw of the send information email that turqoise product was send, called and informed of the misstake without delay, got lied to that the send product is dark blue, well - it is not

Item was in a bad condition

Item was in a bad condition. It takes a lot of time to get the item returned and money back.

Really bad customer service and the…

Really bad customer service and the quality of the "design" product was not as promised. We can't recommend this business to anybody.

We got our product (ray media storage) which was suppose to be high quality design furniture. Yet the surface of the wood was not finished properly, to our bad luck we didn't understand this until it "sucked" one mildly damp water stain almost immediately and it left really ugly mark to the surface that was impossible to remove.

Then we realized to look the care instructions which should be named "instruction before use!" because it said there that the product should be varnished ja waxed before use. So not only there was misleading a customer with this ready to use "high quality" product but the customer should also know how to do surface finishing to a "design" furniture. We have never gotten a furniture where the surface of the wood has been left so unfinished.

Then when addressing the problem to a customer service, the service was slow, time consuming and there was always different person answering to question with clinical phrases. We couldn't even return the product because it was possible only with the original box and we had thrown it away because we trusted this company and did't realize to check to quality of the surface before use. And when we asked some kind on compensation that we could take the product to professional to do the finishing and fixing of the wood surface, there were no empathy or any kind of apologies about misleading with the product quality.
"The care instructions that follows the goods are so that the quality of the furniture will be kept to the highest standard" was the answer. That is bold considering that the product isn't high standard unless the customer makes it a high standard by varnishing and waxing the product before use.

So now we are stucked with this overpaid and unfinished product from which we also have to pay extra expenses to get this product even ready to use.

So please be really careful with this business, it is not customer friendly and the product we got was bad quality, not high quality design.

Item delivery time was 1-2 weeks in…

Item delivery time was 1-2 weeks in product description. After 1 month waiting i started ask about it by myself. Then I waited 5 days until i got the answer from customer service.
No delay information from seller side automatically.
So in the end i have a feeling that short delivery time is just for selling and they cannot keep this promise at all.

Definitely cannot recommend

Definitely cannot recommend this company. I made one order and got two invoices. I paid the invoice and got a reminder of the other one including additional fee. I am not sure if the other invoice was sent at all, at least I could not find it in my mail box.

One month and no shipping

Ordered two pillow covers on 30th Nov, thought I can get them in time for Christmas as they were supposed to be a gift. I got a confirmation of my order but no shipping information, so before Christmas I sent them a message to ask about the status of my order. Today is 30th Dec. No answer from their side, or any kind of message, no shipping confirmation, no idea what happened to my order and my money is already spent. Extremely upsetting. Feeling like it was a fake website that cheated me.
